The sales people are very knowledge, professional, and friendly. If they don't have it in stock, they will get it for you in any way possible

They were at least polite as they told me they don’t do over the counter sales on material as I’m standing at the sales counter. Can’t make it up. Probably a front for something.

Very slow. Been in the dock for unloading took them 4hrs to start unloading . I you have a load to pick you will just drop it because her you will take you hours to be unloaded

I called and asked for a 30uf/5uf capacitor. When I arrived I was given a 35uf/5uf instead. I was told I couldn't return the capacitor. I inquired about other prices and the employee refused to give me prices because I fix my own equipment and do not work in HVAC for a living. I found both employees to be very condescending toward me. I realize I am not the key customer and I will not spend much here because I'm just keeping up the HVAC in my own home but this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessinal.
