United Rentals was contacted when my stores heat went out. Not only were they very quick to respond but the technician, Brandon, was efficient and professional. He made sure the portable heating units were installed quickly and correctly and answered all of our questions before he left. Will definitely use them again.

Brandon came to our school today to install a rented air conditioner. From the get go, Brandon provided care and concern about our situation with no air. He took his time showing us how to use the equipment properly and how to care for the equipment. He was a true professional! I would highly recommend him mom and this company.

Great experience from the first phone call to the office to delivery and installation. Office manager took the time to explain options to me, then set up next-day delivery and installation.
