We have always used Perfect Air and would not use anyone else. Cody Harris if very polite, courteous, and very professional. They have always arrived on time; and if by any chance they were going to be late, they would notify you. Would definitely recommend.

Matt was great! On time and went to work right away. Finished the job then explained everything I needed to know about my new heating and cooling system. Everything was seamless! Btw Angel was great as well. She set everything up and it all went perfect! 2 year full warranty and 10 year on parts so I’ll post another review if I have any problems.

Everyone at perfect air was wonderful to us, they were professional, had great finance options and overall were wonderful to work with. They came right back out (twice) when we had minor issues that really didn't need immediate attention. We couldn't have chose a better company to purchase a new unit through.

After dilly dallying around for 2 years of window units, and a half working heat system, this company was amazing with putting up with my back and forth wanting a new system and waiting. They could’ve just sent normal installers, but these guys were amazing, friendly, informative, professional with a side of still being genuine good talkative humans! They cleaned up after themselves and the new unit looks nice along with I finally can get rid of my window units! I’m super happy with the entire experience!

Cody was excellent. On time and would not stop until it was fixed correctly. We also appreciate that they were available the same day. Our other appointment was not until Thursday so having someone fix it before then was a blessing. Would recommend to everyone.

Service techs Bob, Dillon& James are great. Arrives on time is common sensed, kind & courteous, not to mention efficient and productive. Diagnosis’s and fixed the problem and got the unit up and running in no time, even tells me what to expect. Perfect Air installed my whole house unit in 2016 with in my budget and with responsibilities of maintenance. Very satisfied with them and will use no other.

Perfect Air was awesome. Scheduling was easy and efficient. My technician Bob was excellent. Took his time studying my systems issues. Actually found a bad wire that we would have never known about. Very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy.

The technician, James, was out the next day as promised.
James was very thorough in diagnosing my A/C issue, and had my system up and running very quickly.
I will definitely call Perfect Air for my future hvac needs.

The response time was very quick and Cody arrived at the time promised. He was very polite and explained everything in detail to my husband. He was able to show my husband the problem and explain the process in detail.

Want to thank Perfect Air technician Cody who is very professional and pleasant. He goes through and explains detail with what is going on with your air unit if any. Cody is very valuable to your company it’s nice to have someone personal and that cares about his job and knows his job and cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. Also I like to thank Angle and the person who scheduled my appointment who is in the office and keeps you updated on the time frame of your service technician arriving. Our A/C went out and within less than 24 hours, Perfect Air had Cody out at out house and the A/C was fixed and back on in less than 2 hours. He was polite and professional, while answering all of our questions. Great value! We signed up for their preventable maintenance program. Thank you so much! I can sleep better tonight.

Cody was an amazing technician. Super friendly and got the work done fast. Would highly recommend him and hope we have him as our technician again in the future.

Angel came out to give an estimate very quickly and was very thorough in making sure the equipment would suit my needs and that existing equipment was correct for the new unit. She was very responsive to all calls and questions and located the unit quickly. Matt was very professional, skilled, and knowledgeable and took extra time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was installed to manufacturer specs. He and his install team were on time and left the job area cleaner than it was before they started. Everything with the install is top notch. Highly recommended.

Our gas furnace wasn't lighting, this was Jan. 2nd a Thursday morning, we called Perfect Air around 11:00am and got right through. Explained our problem, the agent was courteous and thorough, said she would contact a tech and they would call me back. Tech James Figge called us before 11:30am, said he'll be there in about 40 mins. We were surprised at the fast response, James showed up when he said he would. We explained the problem, James did a bit of troubleshooting, found a defective igniter and replaced it. While checking the furnace to be sure that was the only problem he found we also had a defective thermostat, he replaced that. He did his paperwork for the job while watching to ensure there were no more problems. The furnace worked correctly, and has continued to work, it's now Tue. Jan. 7th and all is well. I would recommend Perfect Air, they dispatched a tech almost immediately after I called, tech James Figge was courteous and professional, he listened to my wife and I when we described the problem. We have used Perfect Air before for an AC problem, now the furnace, we will certainly use them again.

Cody did a very thorough job cleaning and inspecting our air conditioning unit. He did find a part that could cause problems in the future and explained how he determined that. We have been customers of Perfect Air maintenance program for years and have always been satisfied with their service.

I always have a great experience with Perfect Air. Angel calls and reminds us we need our furnace checked to make sure we stay under warranty. I really appreciate that. Cody came and serviced the furnace, gave money saving tips on filters and suggestions on service bundles. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend using Perfect Air!

Jeff did a very thorough job cleaning and servicing my hvac system. He cleaned the vents and ducts, checked and serviced the heating and air conditioner, and replaced a faulty capacitor he found. He explained everything and was finished ahead of the estimated time to do the work. Jeff is very nice, hard working and left nothing for me to clean up! The price was true to their estimate and very reasonable. I definately recommend Perfect Air!
