My neighbor recommended me to call because she has been using them for years. They were outstanding. Called early that morning as my air conditioner stopped working late the night before. I was able to get an appointment that same day. He gave me a time frame and he was there. He very punctual, polite and was very thorough with his findings. He explained to me the problem as my air conditioner was only 3 years old. He was able to check to see if the part was under warranty and in stock. Ran out to get the part and came right back and repaired my air conditioner. I would highly recommend this company.

Lola is exceptionally good . I called her up having an issue with my ac , It got so damn hot out the thing stopped working .
She sent a technician out in a fast manner within the same day which was surprising since all the previous companies I’ve dealt with took a few days sometimes longer ! . (to make it simple) , I’m very enthralled with the service I was provided .

Andre and Louis were very professional, obviously knowledgeable, and very courteous and efficient. They found multiple problems and solved each quickly. They communicated to me what was happening, and they stayed to ensure the heater and thermostat were finally working properly.

Great first experience with Ace Heating and Cooling. I had to replace my entire HVAC system. Andre was knowledgeable & friendly. Took his time assessing my space and offering solutions at a fair price. He explained things so that I could understand. The installation went smoothly and I'm very happy with the way it is working. Andre even returned to ensure I properly registered my unit for it’s warranty. Looking forward to being a long time customer!

I couldn't believe how fast the company came to do the estimate. They then emailed the estimate early in the same day, and even though I answered after hours they still got me in for the very next morning for installation. This was all during the hottest part of the summer, 100° temps all week. The financing has decent payments and interest rates. I am so pleased!

Service, communication and efficiency 5 stars. Andre was great to work with he answered all my questions provided multiple payment options and scheduled my a/c and water heater replacement within 48 hrs.

Thanks to ACE Service I did not have to suffer through this week's extreme heat! AC went out Sunday night and before afternoon the next day my AC was up and running thanks to Andre from ACE services.! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional which made for great service! Thank U for service!!

I called with an issue of water under my furnace and the guy that they sent out found the obstruction in the line quickly and put a small block of some type of enzymes that should prevent an blockage from occurring again for several months. They were also friendly, professional and got to my place same day! (It was actually within about 3 hours!). These days it’s difficult to get anything done same day, let alone in less than 3 hours. I was very happy with my service.

This is the second time I’ve used ACE. Both times I’ve had Andre who always goes above and beyond to provide a great service. Really professional and reliant, HVAC was replaced and passed county inspections. Would highly recommend!

(2023) my A/C was not cooling, I called to schedule an appointment, which was only a few days later, Lola was super helpful and got me enrolled in the home care program.

A.J was my technician, he did a great job and was friendly and professional.

(2021 I forgot to post) I have worked with Andre & Matt previously at other property, ACE was the first company that came to mind when I knew there was a possibility of needing a new AC.
I called to schedule a quote, they walked me through and explained what work was needed and how long it would take.
The install was completed quickly and professionally.

2019: They were able to come out same day. I appreciated how Andre explained things in terms I could understand and broke down the quote to me with no pressure and with patience.

2025 Update: Our a/c stopped working in a heat wave. ACE came out the same day and assessed the situation. The necessary repairs were made and they communicated amazingly the entire time. They again explained in detail what was happening and went above and beyond. We recommend ACE every chance we get and they have worked with our family who also gave great reviews. Thank you, ACE Heating & Cooling Services! We know we can rely on you for years to come.

Our conversations about my service problems was going back and forth with Andre. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. A technician, Andrew was on time. He explained everything he was going to do and performed it excellently. He was very polite and professional. A great BIG THANK YOU to him and ACE Company. Everything is now working great!! I have talked to Lola several times since Choice assigned my repair to ACE. She was patient with me in terms of me asking numerous questions about what to expect from the repairperson assigned to fix my air conditioning system. She also answered questions about what to expect from Choice. Scott was the repair technician assigned to me. He answered my questions also and went out of his way to explain all technical details simple enough for me to understand them. I give them high marks for the way they work with their customers and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Andre and the team at Ace Service Experts are great. I have used them many times over the year on different properties I have owned. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I trust their great work and I feel good knowing they will handle all of my HVAC needs.
