Highly recommend. My AC stopped working on a Friday after hours and Faris from the company came out the next day on a Saturday. Faris took care to explain everything to me very well and showed me what was wrong with the unit. He was very professional, polite and seemed honest.

Since the necessary parts won’t be in until Monday, he helped get the unit to “limp along” until Monday and even offered his cell number in case something went wrong before Monday.

He also explained they have a maintenance program where they will come and inspect and maintain the AC once a year and the furnace once a year. I am signing up for this program and I highly recommend it! I could have maybe prevented the issue I was having with the unit in the first place.

Came 2 hrs. early to diagnose problem and ordered parts. Will try to expediate delivery. Will follow up when work is complete.

Farris is such a nice man, he takes the time to explain anything he is doing. Very polite and respectful, I would call his business for any issue with our heating and cooling. Really a pleasure, and cost effective alternative to some larger companies around here. He installed our system in 2017, we had to call for a service cleaning and check-up. Very satisfied with his service, thank you.

06-08-2023 update...
Just had Lionel out for a service tune-up (SUMMER) he was courteous and very professional, gave our system a checkover and spot clean on the coils. He gave his seal of approval and off he went, we really appreciate the service from HAHAS, Thank you, David and Wanda Allen.

Highly recommended! The Headrush Roasters Gladstone location rooftop air conditioning unit broke right before summer, and needed urgently to replace the unit. We did our research, and decided to reach out to this fellow small business owner. From the get go, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, we are very satisfied with the quality of the unit and work done! We are grateful for the honest work!

Chris was excellent. He diagnosed the issue and explained it well, and ran additional tests to make sure that was the only issue with the heater. I would highly recommend using this company if your heater is experiencing an issue and needs a fix.

After calling my previous monthly "service plan" provider in Kansas City to price out a leaking gas water heater to new electric water heater conversion, and finding they couldn't do a rough estimate over the phone and it would be a week before someone could come out and upsell me on god knows what.... three more calls to the usual (A.B. May, Anthony, Neal Harris... even LOWES couldn't give a rough install estimate and needed to send Hamilton out)... I remembered seeing Haha's on North Oak and made the call. Within two hours, Faris Haha was at my door assessing the project, sharing (actually caring) what was incorrect or missing from the current setup, and making worthwhile recommendations. By end of day I had an email estimate in hand and an appointment scheduled for install. His team was there within 48 hours and had the entire job done in a matter of hours. 200 amp breaker and line, pressure control valve, expansion tank, remove old tank, reran a bunch of original copper pipe to make it safer and take up less space. The crew was very mindful of our carpets and floors... communication was awesome before, during, and follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! The real deal, old school service.

I called Haha's for ac unit for double story house. They responded very friendly. Scheduled me and they showed up at Scheduled time. Went through my house, inspected vents my existed old unit. They quoted prices, presented me options. Scheduled for installation and timing was great, workers were professional and worked in heat without complaint and without lacking. Company is managed with great leadership, dedicated to please customers. Great experience, great unit, great installation, so smooth. Price was great. They follow up with their work. If I have 10 houses I'll have them install all of it. They cooled me off in Florida heat and made me so happy.

My old AC stopped working while the temperature was 94, I new it needed replaced, so I called Haha's heating and cooling, within one hour they were in my house to inspect the AC and give and Estimate for a new one, I decided to replace both the AC and the furnace, the work started the next day, the employees were extremely professional and on time, Faris the owner kept calling me to make sure I'm satisfied with the service, the work was done in one day and very professional. I definitely recommend Haha's heating and cooling.

Fast and friendly company. We ended up not having any issues with the furnace. He was very helpful. Also pointed out a issue with our fireplace that is not safe and we should fix it before we use it.
