Came out right away. As competitive pricing as you will find in the area, especially for the extra attention to detail. Treated my home like I imagine they would their own.

They helped me get rid of a dead bush in my yard. And got a new bush planted. Very nice company. Thanks again for all the help.

Took good care of me and my lawn, left it looking amazing all summer, after a rough 2020 winter. Had my roof flowing with no leave hanging and made sure that all my plants were well tended to. Was in the Top 5 in Best Lawn for my neighborhood thanks to them.

I used Undefeated for the first time this year. They did a great job with my yard. Mike and Jake were very thorough and I will be using them for my weekly mow and lawn maintenance. I also will be using them for a small landscaping project I have planned. I hope to share pictures after that is completed.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful job you did with my lawn earlier today. I was impressed with the job you have done, especially with spreading the rock next to my porch. I know that wasn't part of what we discussed initially. I didn't even think about doing that until I was purchasing the weed killer and all of a sudden I thought it could be an idea for keeping the grass from growing in that small space. I didn't even think about how to keep the grass from getting out of hand under the recycle bin. Using that matt as a cover was a brilliant idea! It should be much easier to keep that area looking good. Thank you, David, for the wonderful job you did!

I am so glad I found you guys again. You have done a very good job for me. Mowing is something I am no longer able to do and it lowers my stress level considerably to know I don't have to worry about how to keep my lawn looking good. You guys are a real gift! Would never do business with this company again I was charged $40 instead of $ 35 and they only mowed the front and side yard! Notified them multiple times said he would send someone out mowed driveway area left everything in an accessible fence in cut I had to mow it myself after paying him through the green pal app with an unauthorized $5 tip !

Have you ever been ghosted by a company? Well my husband and I have been from this company. We have an agreement to have are lawn mowed bi-weekly and it has been on many occasions like pulling teeth trying to get them to do it. Now it is painfully obvious that they are not even going to show up anymore. Are days are Friday or Saturday for lawn to be mowed. When we called late Saturday to make sure they were still planning on coming or they didn't accidentally go to the wrong house again they said no we are finishing blue springs and then will be coming to independence and we will do your house first. I told my husband they probably won't show because we have heard this song and dance before and they don't show so later in the evening my husband calls again and it goes straight to voicemail my husband leaves a voicemail. So the next day Sunday he calls again and it goes to voicemail he leaves another voicemail, now it is Monday my husband calls again and leaves another message. So far no one has returned the call. No one apologizes for yet another no show no one even bothers to return the call. If they no longer wanted to cut are grass or had a problem with coming to are house they could have least told us. We have not been mad at them once for the prior situations. We don't even ask for perfection just enough to not have the neighbors look at us and say man your lawn needs to be mowed. If you live independence I would suggest not using them I don't think they have enough workers to do it. At least that's what I'm going to tell myself since I can't get an explanation from them. Looks like I need to go buy a mower.
Edit: they did finally call back when they saw my Google review they did offer come by today but we decided to no longer deal with stress of trying to get them to do there job.

Signed up with lawn love and they sent these people. At first, Left dead grass on top of lawn when I paid for it to be bagged. Constant rescheduling, poor service, no attention to detail. Last rescheduling I told them they needed to be out here the day they told me. Didn’t have enough of a spine to reply. Terrible service and even worse lawn care. Grass either was always burned or uneven.

We used this company for two seasons without issue. This season, however, has been nothing but problems. There is zero consistency, I might go a week between mows or I might go a month. When I reached out to complain, I was told it would be fixed. When they were late yet again and I asked when they'd be out, they dropped me as a customer with no warning, and now I've got a lawn that hasn't been mowed in three weeks, and I'll have to pay extra to have someone else come out. DO NOT do business with this company.

Did not respect my property at all, tried using a riding mover on my small lawn and rammed the lawnmower through my gates when it wouldn’t fit. Slashed mud all over my neighbors car, tore over my retaining wall, and damaged my lanterns. When I messaged them, I never got a reply.

The worst lawn service I've ever had. I received my first and last service on 5/1/22.

I found this company through google and decided to give them a chance as they were local and had positive reviews from a moderate amount of people. Communication with the company was handled through their website and email. I did not use any sort of app to communicate with this company or any third party. Communication for the most part was responsive and I mostly dealt with a Michael Russo.

As stated above - today was what I hoped to be the first of many services, but the botched job and pictures speak for themselves. Another thing to note - I cut my lawn on a 4 to 5 setting on a push mower as with the hot/dry summers here it tends to roast your lawn if you cut it shorter and I had just mowed my lawn on 4/25/22 (that's six days ago).

First... the two men that showed up didn't even bother to ask anything about a cutting height they just went to town. One of them took a push mower and had a tough time pushing it through my lawn (it was not that tall) so decided to lower the mower and scalp a nice rut between my neighbors lawn and my lawn (as seen below).

The other gentleman on the riding mower decided to start mowing my back lawn and proceeded to go in a circle pushing all of the clipping to the center of the lawn and then tried to spread them out. No striping... no spreading out clippings by alternating mowing directions, just one big circle and a bunch of ineptitude.

My immediate reaction was to stop them, but as it was my first experience with the company I wanted to give them a chance and see if they would fix their work or at least make their work look good... nope, sure didn't.

After 45 minutes of pure disaster these two gentleman left. What I was left with you can see below... There were uncut strips all over my lawn, clippings covering every single flower box I have, clippings all over my fence, clippings on my driveway and street, piles of clippings everywhere because apparently they couldn't blow them away (yes I was watching), and just a really horrible lawn mowing. Oh and they decided to scalp my lawn down to about an inch from the ground just to add some extra flavor to their horrible job.

I spent the next two hours raking and trying to fix their horrible job so my lawn at least look presentable and so my grass wouldn't die... hell it still might depending on how bad they dug into my lawn.

I informed this company I will not continue with their service, but will pay for my first appointment as technically they did show up like they said they would... I just wish they hadn't after this whole experience.

Sadly, there is no resolution for a company that can't actually mow lawns well. Maybe it was just this team, maybe this team is all they have, who knows... Do you want to risk it?

***Edit in response to the owner below. My grass is cut at a 5 in my push mower (2.5 inches). It was cut just less than six days prior to today. You are saying it grew over four inches in 6 six days... That is inaccurate at best and a lie at worst.

I was out walking around my lawn earlier this morning and it was no more than 5 inches at most. Your crew came in and cut it as short as possible which is why there was so much grass.

Grass length aside none of that prevented the mow team from asking about mow height, mowing straight, trimming properly, or even blowing grass clippings properly.
