Fantastic job! Josh came in to fix a job a separate contractor did poorly. He found the issue and was great to work with. Definitely recommend.

Josh and his team are super professional, accommodating, and great at what they do. Not only are they affordable, but they’re communicative and their work is of very high quality. I will be referring all of my friends and family to them for any of their future bathroom or renovation needs.

David has done several jobs for us over the last four or five years, including plumbing, painting, electrical, tiling and carpentry. All of them have been high quality work.

The most recent involved a bathroom remodel which required tearing out a shower and installing a bathtub in a barely big enough space. We are very pleased with how it turned out.

David has been great about offering options to keep costs down, while still ensuring high quality work. If he still lived near us, we'd have him do the next bathroom remodel too.

David did a great job. Very professional and personable. Was very willing to work within our budget. Actually made several recommendations that lowered costs. He gave us a Cadillac bathroom for a Yugo price. We look forward to working with him on future projects.

David just finished a bathroom remodel on our home in Brookside in Kansas City, MO. We have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and have been none that we have liked better than David. His honesty, attention to detail and willingness to truly understand what our vision was sets him apart. We now have an exquisite bathroom with custom cabinetry. We can't recommend David enough!!

I hired David (Restoration Carpentry & Tile) to renovate a newly purchased house in Fort Collins, CO (June, 2010). It amounted to about $30K in work and David did a wonderful job. He built new windows, put in new doors, built custom benches & seating, coat/hat racks, tile... you name it, David did just about everything. In a short word, you won't regret the decision. I highly recommend his work.

Josh has done some amazing work for me. As a designer, it’s always tricky to find someone who you can trust your clients with, however, that was easy with Josh. He could catch my vision and execute it with excellence.

We had a great experience when they worked on our floor and deck few years ago so we hired them back to replace our gutters. They did a great job again! Josh is amazing!

David and his team were consummate professionals. They completed a full basement bathroom and kitchenette install with all finishing. He also completed a renovation turning our 1990’s formal sitting room into an office with French doors (marriage saver). The work was so exceptional, we had him install some replacement windows and repair some exterior water damage. Honest and fair pricing. Great work. Great people. They’ll be our first call when we need more work.

My experience with Restoration Carpentry & Tile was great. They were very responsive and professional. Even though my job was pretty small, they made me feel like a priority and were able to fit me in quickly. Their work was excellent and they kept the space tidy through the process. I will definitely be using their services again!

David did an amazing job taking our out of date, downtown condo and making it into the space my husband and I envisioned! He was extremely flexible and worked in a timely manner, despite the fact that we had a very tight timeline and were not in the country during 95% of the renovation. He was honest and trustworthy, and he was willing to work with us on pricing to make it fit within our budget. His work is very high quality, and he did not cut any corners when it came to the small things. We love our home and will definitely be calling on him to do a few more things in the future!

David and his crew of gentlemen produced great craftsmanship. They communicated very well from start to finish. They completed the job ahead of schedule and for a fair price. They listened and gave expert advise. They were a real joy to work with. (I only wish I had found them ten years ago when I bought my home.) I highly recommend them.

We hired Restoration Carpentry and Tile to repair fire damage at a rental property. Not only was their work beautiful, but we were absolutely blown away by their prompt communication, how professional they were, their fair pricing, and how they set a realistic timeline and really stuck to it. You won’t be disappointed if you hire these guys.

We really enjoyed our experience working with Restoration Carpentry & Tile. We worked with many members of their team and each were intentional, courteous, communicative, and skilled. The project was completed in a timely manner with quality workmanship and they cleaned up after themselves each day. Team members provided us with opportunities for feedback and collaboration and the final project was beyond our expectations. We look forward to working with them again!

Dave and his team perform quality work. This project was performed on time, and close to budget. Dave is a great communicator. The team was very respectful of our privacy, and attempted to perform their work with as little disruption as possible. The guys worked hard each day, and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of day. Again, my wife and I would happily recommend RC&T. We are very happy with our new bathroom!
One caveat: our invoice was delivered through a clunky system. Dave is working to correct that.

David, Josh and Jeremy have worked on my house twice now and I love how it turned out! They redid my staircase with modern horizontal railings as well as updated my front door and entry way. I have also used them to paint a few of my kids bedrooms. They are kind and trustworthy men that provide excellent craftsmanship at a reasonable price.
