I called Air Control Heating and Cooling after another company (Ok Heating and Cooling) blew me off. Jarvis was out to our place the very next day. He explained everything and got our air fixed within 30 minutes of his arrival. We had a DIFFERENT problem several weeks later, and he got to us the next day. If I get a choice, I’m going with these guys every time.

Jarvis came out, after calling the company because of no air, within the hour. He knew what was wrong immediately, and explained everything. I had to get a new unit, and it was ordered and installed within a couple of days. He was professional, and the price was reasonable.

Jarvis did a great job each time he came out to our house. He was professional, on time, and communicated throughout the process. He installed a new HVAC system for us and we highly recommend his company. We will use Air Control in the future anytime we need HVAC needs!

When I woke up I had no heat, and then wasted time trying to diagnose it myself. I could not leave my pets alone with the heat out and they were very responsive, and had my heat back up and working in short order. The service tech was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing, how he was diagnosing the issue, and what needed to be replaced. Very transparent, fair and fast. Easily my best HVAC repair experience, hands down.
