Had a problem with one of the seams in the flooring they installed a few years ago and call to ask for a repair. They actual called me back and set up a time to make the repair the man spent an hour doing the job right and I couldn't be happier. Great customer service.

We bought flooring for my mom house. They were quick ordering it. Once it came in they were even quicker getting it installed. Final product looks great. Thank you for all your hard work.

Kelly's flooring was phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone asking about new carpet and flooring. We had both recently installed and they did it all, take out the old and install the new in 4 days. They even took out a section of flooring just to redo it because they didn't like how it felt as they walked on it. And our technicians were wonderful and very polite. I give them an A++++++

They were professional and friendly. We had them install luxury vinyl plank on about 1500 sf. Including a landing and a carpet runner on the stairs. It all looks fantastic. I have already recommendedghem to a neighbor.

Though we arrived at closing time, Kelly was happy to stay to help us. With her expertise and variety of product she led us to the perfect choice for our project in record time. We couldn't be more pleased.

I had a wonderful experience when Kelly's Flooring put in porcelain tile.
The installer was prompt, told me exactly what he was going to do, and
asked for my in-put regarding the finished product. He was very accommodating. The office staff was equally professional and pleasant.

Kelly's Flooring is incredible! This past summer, they tore out a variety of flooring on the main level of our home in order to install beautiful 3/4 inch hardwood flooring. We chose a great luxury vinyl flooring for our laundry room off of the kitchen. The two types of flooring were installed so that the seam between them is at the exact same height - just the way we wanted it!

Tom came out to our home to discuss the work and our options. He's a genuinely nice guy who patiently listened to and answered all of our questions. Our two installers, Dave and Joe, were master craftsmen! They communicated with us at every important decision point. Their work was amazing. Every piece was installed perfectly! I was actually kind of sad when they were finished because they started to feel like family.

This past fall, Kelly's put in a beautiful tile backsplash in our kitchen. We consulted with Kelly ("THE" Kelly) in the showroom, and again Tom came out to our home to measure and discuss the job. Again, Kelly's sent us an expert installer.

Kelly's has a great showroom with plenty of well-priced, high-quality possibilities. Every single person we worked with at Kelly's was knowledgeable and professional. I can't wait until we are ready to re-carpet our second level and the stairs leading up there. We'll be calling Kelly's for sure!

When refinishing wood floors, found out we had pine stair treads that needed serious attention. Instead of replacing and finishing new treads, we chose to use carpet to give the dogs more traction. Through word of mouth, discovered Kelly's flooring. Kelly was very informative and able to help us out in choosing a quality carpet while staying within our budget. Although we were a small job, we never felt like a lower priority. They were able to work with my schedule on everything from the initial measurement to the final install. Highly recommend Kelly's flooring to anyone needing work done on their home or business. Customer service was great, and quality of carpet for the price was unmatched.

I had Kelly's Flooring install carpet in my bedrooms. Everything from selection assistance (as they have a huge inventory of carpets from which to choose) to the installation was highly professional, friendly and just top notch. On the day of scheduled installation, they arrived right on time, carefully moved furniture, removed old carpet, installed new carpet and moved furniture back in 4-5 hrs. The workmanship was outstanding. I am so glad I went with a family owned business, the service and quality of workmanship is so much better than a big box store. I couldn't be happier.

We have had Kelly's Flooring into our home numerous times over the past few years, including very recently, to install tile, new hardwoods, and to refinish existing hardwoods. They have always done an excellent job for a very reasonable price. To respond to the reviewer who claimed to be missing items after they were there, I must dispute this review. We have found them to be honest and reliable, and have even had them in our home performing work while we were out of town with no problem whatsoever.

We had Kelly's Flooring install new carpet in the bedrooms, a carpet stair runner and new hardwood flooring on the 2nd floor hallway. We have a very old house so the installation was anything but typical. The wood flooring installers were very thorough and stayed late just to make sure they finished the job. The pricing was very competitive. Overall we couldn't be happier with the process and the final product.

We go to Kelly's everytime we have a flooring project. Kelly, Tom, and all the staff are very helpful. They always help us find an affordable product that fits our vision and purpose. We highly recommend Kelly's Flooring!

My parents have used Kelly's Flooring a couple times over the last 30 years and were extremely pleased. So when I needed to replace my old carpet in June this year, it was a no-brainer that the first place we would call was Kellys. They were much more reasonable than the other places we checked, and for a better product. The installers were extremely professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job! We couldn't be happier with the service we received from start to finish! This is a wonderful family owned business that I will definitely use again when it is time to replace the rest of my flooring.

We were referred by a family member and we were thrilled with the pricing and service. The pricing was reasonable and the service was outstanding in every way. Well worth the drive to High Ridge. We will buy from Kelly's again the next time we are in the market for flooring.

Unless you enjoy cleaning up and repairing the damage they do to your home after they are finished RUN LIKE HELL!!!!
I have scratched and broken molding as well as chipped paint and a damaged appliance, glue on the new carpet they installed from were they had to splice it together. I wouldn't let these people do my dog hous
