Just bought a new house so I had David come out to do a checkup on my air conditioning & check the efficiency to help minimize any big problems down the road. Thankfully he came out early in the season because he found a problem with my unit outside prior to the part going bad in the future. The capacitor outside was weak and not working correctly as he explained so he replaced the part, then found out my unit needed charged up to help it get colder inside. David was nice and he even explained to me how the unit works and also gave me advice on how to maintain my unit with filter changes and cleaning the unit outside.

David was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. As soon as I told him what was going on, he mentioned what it sounds like was the issue. I checked that and it was exactly what was causing our ac unit to blow warm air! When I called him, he was appreciative of the heads up and happy that it was resolved. The technician was very helpful with resolving the issue. Dc refrigeration dispatched a technician in a timely manner to address the problem.

David does excellent work, he was the only guy in town that called me back for an old coke machine compressor. He took a look at it and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. My customer was over the moon that we were able to fix the original unit. If you have any refrigeration issues, new or old, D&C is my go to for all my projects.

I called DC in the afternoon on a day that was about 25 degrees out with a walk-in cooler that was down. We are a non-profit (FosterAdopt Connect) and the cooler is used for food storage that supplies foster families with staples to help with the foster children they take into their homes. The unit had been on the fritz for a while and our ability to serve our clientele was greatly impacted. The gal that answered the phone was super friendly and very understanding of our situation. She said she would try and get someone as soon as possible. Well, I assumed that it would have to be the next day, at the earliest, but no. I got a text about 10 min. later saying that Robert was in route and would be there in 40 minutes. 40 minutes later, Robert showed up and got right to it and identified the problem in short order. Robert had to run and get some refrigerant, come back and camp out on the roof, in the snow, while doing the procedure. I would say that from the time I first called to when the job was complete, maybe 2.5 hours. Stellar service. DC Refrigeration will be our HVAC service provider moving forward. Highly recommend!

Good service.

DC did a great job, they fixed my AC. I would have given them five stars, but I had to wait all day in a hot house with no updates on the ETA of my HVAC technician.
