Called and left a message on Saturday morning for a furnace repair. They called me back at 7:30 Monday morning, repairman came at 8:30, finished at 9:30. Prompt, courteous, and very reasonable bill.
UPDATE: Called on 5/11/22 for service, phone is not in service. Was told by another local HVAC contractor who I called for my service that the owner passed away. Submitted a permanently closed edit. -

Do not use these people. They installed the new heat and air. Very shady

Not Dependable!! Do not use this company ever!!! Set up an appt, discussed in detail what was needed, even bought the materials discussed, only to have them show up and say they would have to come another day because their guys didn't have time today, all after we discussed prior to the appointment would be done.

Had them out 3 times. Charged for a capacitor that wasn't replaced or was replaced with used parts. Second time they said it was 3 1/2 lbs low on freon other a/c guy had to pump down because they had overfilled the system by 3 1/2 lbs. Owner admitted his normal guys are drawing easy money with unemployment so he had to get what he can get to fill the trucks.

Air conditioner died mid summer. We paid these guys $3900 to install a new package unit, both heat and air. The air conditioner is pure junk, it couldn't keep up on 85 degree days, the hot days it was 90 in the house. Dependable came out and tested the unit, said it was working fine and to be patient as it was just too hot outside. Fast forward a few months, the heater wouldn't kick on. Dependable sent two men out. They discovered the gas wasn't turned on. After that, the flame was blowing backwards out of the burner and ended up doing significant damage to the wiring. They lit the unit multiple times before they figured out the idiot who installed the unit didn't level it. The exhaust was full of water, which caused the flame to shoot backwards, damaging the wire. That was several months ago. Even after speaking with a man from the manufacturer, the unit is still running on the damaged wiring. I was told the part had been ordered and they would be back in a week or two. With the AC not working right, and the damaged wiring caused by their inability to install the new unit right, I requested they replace the unit. They claim that they couldn't just replace the unit because they would have to buy it back. Avoid Dependable Heat and Air, they can't handle installing a unit properly, and refuse to be of any assistance, even when the damage was caused by their employee's. They have forced us to use a unit that could be a major fire hazard for months, we can't afford another $4000 for a new unit.
