Beyond helpful. I called and described the issue. They called back and diagnosed the likely problem and saved me quite a bit if headache by suggesting the issue was on the outside of the house and a utility issue.

AB came out and replace my water heater with a tankless one, and install a nest thermostat. The work was done quickly and on time. I highly recommend AB Electrical Inc. for any of your projects.

Called AB Electric Monday afternoon for a power outage in the workshop of Cliffside Apartments. After being told by several companies that it would be weeks before I could get anyone out, the kind people at A B were able to squeeze me in the next morning. The friendly and professional tech, Dave, had the shop up and running within an hour at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be calling them first for any future electrical problems. Five stars on every metric!

Scheduled a time for an electrician to come out and give me an estimate They were supposed to be here at 10:30, at 3:30 they still had not showed up. I Called and was told that they felt the could give me an estimate based on pictures I had sent them. I was originally told that they would need access to a box that was in side my garage so I had spent the day with my garage door open to allow them access while I was working. If they could do an estimate from pictures, why did they schedule someone to come out in the first place? Something is not right with this company. Told them never mind if they are this hard to try to do business with, I cant imagine the headache of actually being a customer.
