As of today 1/16/2022. Michael came to BonnerSprings to fix a circuit. He replaced light bulbs in a fixture that was out of reach. Very professional, nice and made sure to ask if it was anything else before leaving. I highly recommend this company.

Pro Circuit installed a GENERAC generator back in 2021, techs did a terrific job.

I see that the previous reviews are very mixed about Pro Circuit. My experience, though, was nothing short of stellar and I do give Wayne the majority of credit for that. He project managed the generator installation from start to finish, but I also had a great experience with the crew and office staff as well. There are a lot of pieces to getting a generator installed and it was all very well managed. Wayne’s education about Generac was excellent as well as his scheduling and followup. We had a hiccup regarding an extended warranty offered by Generac and he did not stop bugging them until it was made right. I’d love to have customer service like this from every company I do business with!

I really like the pro circuit generac generator looks really great we have in Northeast we have power outages sometimes and I noticed the generator kicks on and it helps because we're not home a lot because the power stays off sometimes an hour or two hours three hours and it's bad here Northeast.

I have nothing but great things to say about Pro Circuit. They installed a Generac whole home generator for us last year and did a fantastic job. Everyone was very responsive and took the extra time to make sure everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. Wayne did an excellent job explaining everything and ensured the job was done correctly.

Mike serviced the unit one year later and made sure everything was running correctly and ready for the upcoming year.

I would highly recommend using them and will continue using them to service our generator!

Before choosing Pro Circuit to provide and install our Generac generator, we did a lot of research and met with three authorized Generac dealers. Pro Circuit was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of the three. It was an easy decision to make. In the interim three and a half years since our Generac was installed, Pro Circuit has provided annual maintenance to the system ensuring it will work when we need it. Everyone we have interacted with at Pro Circuit is top-notch!

Installed and serviced our Generac Generator. Very responsive and always great to work with. Install team worked hard and had the gas/electric hooked up in one day! Scheduled and completed the first year service quickly. Highly recommend for any electrical service!
