Chris and Taylor arrived within the agreed upon repair window. They promptly assessed the situation, fixed the problem and cleaned up their work area and quality checked the repair.
I'll use them going forward and I recommend them.

I live in Lee's Summit Missouri on a small lake. The City of Lee's Summit requires each year that I have my backflow water tested. Finding a Lawn sprinkler service company can be a chore sometimes, especially if you're living with a hectic schedule like me. I had worked with a couple of companies over the past 7 years, that were unreliable. My neighbor suggested that I use TK now CK lawn sprinkler services because their professional and treat you like family. They notify you of their beginning and end schedules in advance to put you on the list. People will always criticize Human errors, as though they make none. No one is perfect, but these Guy's go out of their way to take care of their customers. They aren't trying to oversell or charge for repairs that you don't need. If you have a broken sorinkler head or other emergency, Jennifer will work hard to squeeze you into their busy schedule very quickly. They also keep their prices very reasonable as compared to other companies, and are very friendly. Jennifer is an amazing representative who is responsible for scheduling appointments. She works very hard to accommodate everyone on a first come first serve basis. She's very kind and respectful. Although I've never seen her, she's my Friend. The entire team has been good to me, and I appreciate them very much. It's not easy for me managing my property alone, but having the right people who care and show up when needed like "CK" lawn sprinkler services each season from beginning to end and throughout, is a tremendous difference in my life. been 3 years so far, and I'll be sticking with them until the end.

Have an appointment today. Trying to figure out when they'll be there. I keep calling their phone number and there's no answer. Frustrating.

Unreliable. I set up and confirmed an appointment for a spring sprinkler start up. Took the afternoon to be at home during their scheduled window of time. No one showed. I called and they said, "oh, shoot, I thought I called everyone." Well, they didn't call me and he had to reschedule another week out. Fine. I rescheduled and this time I called the day before and asked them to confirm they would definitely be there. "Yes, we will be there as promised." Rescheduled my day again to be on hand to give them access. Once again, no one showed. I called again, this time their son answered the phone. He was polite and I explained that no one had shown and I was leaving town in the morning. My lawn is dried out and dying, it needs water. He promises to call TK and get right back to me. Guess what? No one responded that night or later. It's a week later. I've rescheduled now with another company a full month out from when I had hoped to get them turned on. I had hoped to support a small family business but I learned my lesson. Stay far away from this joke of a "company".

I have used them multiple times in the past, they were a referral from a neighbor, I had even referred them to another neighbor who did use them. I called and spoke with Jennifer to schedule service and she sheduled me for the following week, it was her specific time and day, they were a no show and did not even call either, when I called and reached Jennifer, as another poster quoted, she said "shoot, I forgot to call you to let you know that we won't be able to make your schduled appointment, would you like to reschedule? She wasn't even sure that they would make a rescheduled time 2 weeks in the future.
Do not bother using them, no show and no call and not even an apology. Wow, they don't need any more business, there is another similar review, one time could be understood, but twice, sounds like their standard operating procedure, I can't understand them not at least calling, and I'm a previous customer, don't waste your time with them.
