Fixed our propane leak and filled out all paperwork needed for company to fill tank. Went above and beyond to satisfy the propane company. Very thankful!

Mark Vance was our service guy. He was very professional and top notch. Answered all my questions and gave me information how to keep an air flow to the unit. He was here when he said he would be and he cleaned up after he was done. Thanks for being so professional.

I contacted Garrison Heating & Air after realizing my air conditioning was not cooling. I had used another local HVAC company before but decided to try Garrison. I’m glad I did. Cindy at the office was very pleasant and professional. After explaining my schedule issue, she was able to get a technician to me quickly. My technician Rob was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Rob diagnosed the issue (a cut wire due to remodel job) and repaired it promptly. I would definitely recommend Garrison Heating & Air.

We called Garrison Heating and Air this morning and they were out within the hour. I am so beyond impressed with the service and integrity, I could not give enough stars. We were originally told after we moved into our house two years ago that we needed to replace our unit, but could get by with a fix at the time, by another company. Today we needed someone to come out again and we decided to go with a different company, Garrison heating and air. Our service man, Mark, came out and made the repair needed and told us that a replacement was definitely not required or needed. Our total bill was under $300 and our air conditioning is back to working GREAT! He could have definitely oversold us but was very honest and promptly fixed the problem. Superb company with excellent integrity and friendly staff! We will not call anyone else but them in the future!

Your mechanic is by far the most impressive person I've had the pleasure of having in my home. He's extremely knowledgeable, polite, caring, protective of my property and did a terrific job. Much better than anyone else. He is a great representative of your company. Thanks for sending him.

I called at 4:30 on a Friday and they were so helpful. I had a guest checking into my air bnb and the AC would not cool. within the hour the technician had me up and running with a new part. I highly recommend.

I called garrison early saturday morning. Mark the tech returned the call about 8:30 and was out a couple hours later. he got me up and running in no time. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and ability to just make it work while waiting on a new blower. garrison will be who I call first from now on.

The whole group at Garrison Heating and Air from support to financial aid help to installation were very warm and caring, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. My air conditioner went out right after a hospitalization, and I really needed the cool air and they accommodated me which was greatly appreciated. They took all my phone calls and answered all my questions, no matter how trivial. I am confident that they will be there for me with all of my future needs and questions. They cannot be beat and I would recommend them to anyone.
