I called 10pm last night with heat emergency Robby was on time the following morning fixed the problem by this afternoon, I couldn't be happier, thx again

Robbie is always SO great to work with! He was able to fix our ac very quickly and got us up and running within a few hours!

I would highly recommend 1st Call Heating and Air. They recently replaced a heat pump for us and we are extremely pleased with the services that we received. They were quick to respond to us during our bidding process, quick to secure the equipment once we selected them, and quick to have the new unit installed. They were very professional and even went above and beyond to keep us safe during the installation process. My wife is experiencing some health issues so we have tried to reduce her exposure to COVID in recent months. One mention of these concerns to Robby and he assured me that they would take precautions to keep us safe on installation day, and they did just that! What a pleasure to work with a company that actually seems to care about their customers and provides such excellent service!

Being from Wichita often poses a problem when you need services elsewhere for our Lakehouse. It’s not what you know, but who you know & trust. 1st Call Heating and Air does a fantastic job!
