My a/c went out on one of the hottest days this summer. Called and they had tech at my location within 30 min. The company was nice to work with over the phone and my tech Brandon was helpful and informative.

Wow! Words can’t describe how impressed I am with Double C Heating and Cooling. They were on time, reasonable, and extremely professional. They were able to get an entire A/C and furnace replaced within a week of it completely going out. They were extremely respectful when installing by staying as quiet as they could during my kids naptime. Parents know how sacred naptime is! Thank you Double C!

We hired CC Heating and Cooling, LLC to install an electric dryer vent to an exterior wall. Their cost quote, obtained over the phone, was extremely fair. Eric, the tech who did the work, showed up 20 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. He and I discussed the plan and he observed the basement area and advised me of the plan. He made all the connections to the dryer vent line and ran the line above two return a/c lines and then did two 45 degree elbows and then cut the 4" hole thru the exterior wall. His work was professional, accurate, and met the needs of the project. My wife and I appreciate quality work and CC provided that. We are appreciative of the timliness and quality of our job. Thanks Eric for your innovation and making this system work.

I don't normally write reviews, but these folks are good enough to deserve one. They have done work for me in the past, but today they really out did themselves. I've got a rental property in the next town, the furnace broke down two days after a big ice/snow storm at around noon, I called them and they were there by 3:00. The owner, Chad, is a straight shooter, the receptionist, Deb, is always polite and professional, and their techs know their stuff. They deserve 5 stars.

The guys at Double C do a great job. They were are able to diagnose an issue quick where the other guys mis diagnosed my service issue. I just bought a Champion multistage furnace and AC and the equipment is great and install was great. They are very knowledgeable with great customer service.

Our furnace went out on a Sunday morning and within 5 minutes we had a call back from a technician. From their on-sight assessment it was determined a new unit was needed. The workmanship, promptness and courtesy we received by the team of techs installing our new units was very much appreciated. Double C has a new customer for many years to come. I without reservation highly recommend Double C Heating & Air Conditioning.

I have been extremely happy with this company. I put a whole new system with 2 furnaces into my home, which is very old (1890), 3 stories and a bit challenging to control the climate in. Putting a system in an old Victorian is complicated and requires a bit of troubleshooting but these guys have gone above and beyond for me. My former contractor didn’t “like” some of the places that vents and returns were necessary and literally built over some of what Double C put in. In one case he tore a vent out, unbeknownst to me. Not only did Double C take the time to figure out the problem but they helped correct it in spite of it not being even remotely their fault. Before discovering my contractors alterations, which caused my systems to malfunction, we were without heat on some of the coldest days of winter. One of these days was a weekend and they were closed but because our house was only 50 degrees, I left a message on their after hours line at about 6:50am. I got a call back at 7am from a technician saying he was on his way. This guy was at home on his day off with a 2 week old baby and his wife but still made time to help us out. Wow. Not only did he fix the problem (which again, was not their fault) but he has been available to answer questions for me ever since. I can’t recommend Double C enough, they are great people and Kameren is an awesome tech. Highly recommend these guys to to needing heating and cooling services.

Every time I’ve needed something done with my HVAC they’ve been there. On time, kind, and fair prices. I couldn’t ask for more! Very pleased with their services!

I really love this company. They did a great job installing my Air Conditioner/Heater in the basement, but they have also fixed the air handler upstairs that someone else installed. They come out quickly and take of things.

Great company !! No pressure to buy anything you don't need. Great communications with office and technician. Highly recommended.
