I would highly recommend Best Appliance Service. Joe was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He explained everything and was quick with fixing the issue.

When we called he asked a few questions, asked for a few pictures, then called back the same evening. He figured out the problem and quoted us a price over the phone before ever coming out. Very helpful.

I got prompt and very polite service. He even came on a Saturday to fix my oven. I will most definitely use this company again.

I submitted a claim through my home warranty company and Joe was at my house fixing the issue with my washer within a few hours. Extremely positive experience and would highly recommend.

Had him in for a pretty easy job- replace the heating element in a stove. He was friendly, knew Lees Summit, on time and knowledgeable. He replaced the part then also took a peek at the other appliances. I had sourced the part myself but later found out his price would have been five bucks cheaper. So that goes to show he isn't gouging on parts and I found his labor rate to be more than reasonable. His hourly rate I assume would turn a replacement into a mere repair a lot of the time. Came in clean clothes, no muddy shoes and had a brand new ford van. Now the go to appliance repair person for the house.

We had one of those bad cases where things just didn't seem to be going as planned. Joe went above and beyond, returning multiple times to try and re-diagnose the problem.

It seems to be something that is just beyond repair, and he has advised me to contact Whirlpool directly about the issue. I am leaving a 5 star review because of his great communication and overall professionalism through the whole process.

I called them at 11:30am on 4th of July, because I figured out that my refrigerator had stopped working at some point overnight, and everything was melting/thawing/leaking. Joe was at my house in 15min, and had my control board replaced by 12:30! Very friendly and professional guy. Fantastic customer service!! This phone number will stay in my phone and be the first one I call, the next time I need an appliance fixed. Can't say enough good things about this company.

I’ve had to call Joe a couple times, once for my dishwasher and then today for my refrigerator. He is very kind and professional. I called this morning and he was able to help within an hour. Great service!

I called him today (Saturday), at 8:45am. I left a voicemail. He called back within 10 minutes. I told him that my dryer was not running. He asked several questions, showed up, replaced a part and ta-da it’s fixed and my clothes are drying. It’s not even 9:45am. This man literally answered my message, showed up and fixed my dryer in less than an hour. The charge was a bummer but still less than average and WAY cheaper than a new dryer so I can’t complain. If your trying to find a guy to fix your appliance. Choose this one.

We called them on Monday morning and they were at our house before 10am. Unfortunately our dishwasher was beyond repair but they were helpful in recommending a new one and came back to install the new one! So progressional and helpful! Hopefully our appliances keep working but if another one breaks we will definitely be calling them again!

OUTSTANDING! Called Joe at 12:45pm and he was here by 1:45pm. He took about an hour to test and evaluate our refrigerator issue, explaining the process along the way. Bad news .... we need a new refrigerator, but good news is Joe didn't charge an arm and a leg to find this out. I got extra cards to give to my friends and family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Joe a call if you need good, local refrigerator service.
