Highly recommend Duct Pros! Extremely professional & thorough!!

Amazing, professional guys at Duct Pros and great prices for the services. They thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent and duct work as well as sanitized my entire system. We could instantly tell a big difference in the air quality in our home after the job was complete and the clothes in my dryer dry twice as fast now. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their duct work cleaned, especially if you have never had it done or just recently renovated the home.

Bret was quick to respond to our call and got us all fixed up in no time! He is very knowledgeable, tremendously skilled, and always so personable with the best customer service! We highly recommend him!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I am extremely pleased! Bret not only cleaned the HVAC ducts, we also had him clean the dryer vent and install a new humidifier on our furnace. Wow what a difference!! I feel like I have been constantly dusting since we moved into our home 3 years ago. After multiple construction projects, having a dog, and regular life, we knew we needed our ducts cleaned. Bret & Dustin were fabulous! They arrived on time and were extremely efficient. They protected all areas of our house before beginning and during the process. They took before and after pictures to show us the impact the duct cleaning made. I highly recommend the Duct Pros.

Loved working with Duct Pros! They were really efficient with their time, considerate of household belongings, and the cleanup afterwards was like they were never there! They even brought something to my attention that needed fixed as a bonus. Highly recommend!

The vents in my house were incredibly dirty. It ended up taking a little over 3.5 hours for two guys to do the cleaning, which clogged up their vacuum multiple times. I'm sure this was worse than a typical job and took longer, but they remained cheerful and kept at it, taking time to answer all my dumb questions.

The process seemed very polished and well designed to keep the air clean throughout the job.

They really went above and beyond in a couple ways. They re secured a return duct to the joists where a connection had failed. Additionally, a part was damaged on the furnace and they replaced it for free, including an hour of driving time (beyond the 3.5 hours I mentioned). There was never any question about whether they caused the damage and whose job it was to fix it, they just did it without any hint of complaint.

I was charged the original quoted price. I pushed kind of hard to at least let me pay the part cost for the piece they replaced, but they refused and only wanted the originally quoted price. Truly a great service that I would recommend to anyone!

We recently had Duct Pros’s clean the duct work in our home. They arrived on time and Bret and Rich were very professional. Bret explained the process and were very thorough. We have definitely noticed a big difference in the airflow and air quality from our vents.

I was skeptical about duct cleaning. Now I am a believer. Bret and his team were on time, professional and thorough. 50 years of built up dust, pet hair and debris gone! My family’s allergies are practically nonexistent. Finally not having to dust every few days. Thank you !!!!

Bret was phenomenal. Not only did he answer ALLLLLL of my questions without irritation or hesitation but I had to reschedule on him multiple times (house renovation) and he was very kind and understanding. Once we finally were able to have him come out he assess our ducts and let us know they weren’t installed properly and if he cleaned them it could cause issues inside the house. He wasn’t trying to make a sale because he wasn’t doing the replacement or referring. My husband replaced the ducts and Bret was able to get us back on the schedule quickly (thank God, in this heat!). Since the ducts were all replaced he just had to clean the main trunk that wasn’t replaced and the main furnace. He also cleaned our dryer vent for free. He was extremely down to earth and kind. Definitely has his customers best interest in mind! He is NADCA certified and recognizes cross contamination is possible and he mitigates it to the highest extent. Highly recommend! We will definitely have him do our cleaning again when it’s needed!
Kody was with him doing work also and he was also great!

Bret and his brother came out to our homeless shelter and fixed an issue we were having with our dryer vents. They were courteous, professional, compassionate and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them. I even scheduled them to come clean the ducts at my home.

They were very friendly, good with my dogs, were quick for the work performed, and did a good job. Easy to schedule an appointment online. They were there on time and completed in the timeframe they estimated. Great pics of the before/after and very reasonable price.

Bret Moyer and Duct Pros was recommended to me. Upon arriving for our scheduled appointment, Bret walked around and began inspecting our air vents. After inspecting the ducts on our HVAC system, he informed us that we did not need them cleaned. For a home that is 20 years old, he said they are not that dirty and didn’t want to simply do it for the money. While in the basement, he noticed we had an issue with our duct work to the dryer vent. He inquired about what happened and I explained that I needed to get it corrected because our new dryer keeps giving us error codes and shutting down. To make a long story short, he fixed the duct work and then cleaned our dryer vent and also fixed the long piece that NFM left on the back of the dryer.
I was really blown away by the honesty of Bret not wanting to just do a job and take our money. The cost for the fix and cleaning for the dryer was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend this company for any duct work or cleaning of any kind that needs done!

Bret and his guys were incredible! After scheduling with them, we had to make a very last minute change (literally after hours the night before), and they were so accommodating.
They showed up on time, were very communicative, and they were even sweet to our kids who kept trying to help. They cleaned up afterwards and moved all of the furniture back in place, too.

Our house is an old one that has had several tenants over the last few years. I’m sure this was a much worse situation than they anticipated, but they got to work and kept at it until it was all done. I can tell a difference already. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brett spent 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon taking a careful look at our HVAC system. After he finished, he spent time carefully explaining where he thought the issue might be coming from and answering our questions. The kicker: his diagnosis didn’t involve a duct cleaning and he didn’t charge us anything for the visit. Bret is an honest, knowledgeable professional and we would recommend him to anyone we know. We’ll certainly keep him at the top of our list for when our ducts actually need to be cleaned.

They were timely, polite and did an inspection. I’m excited to have cleaner air for my family!
