Not only did Sam help diagnose and come up with a plan for a unique air flow issue, Leo and Marlow installed a whole house humidifier! What a great team! We just had our furnace replaced by Sam and we can’t say enough about him, his dedication to his customers, his work, and his prices. We had our heat go out and a different company came out and quoted us very high. I decided to get a second opinion, but it was Christmas Eve. I found Sam through a post I made on Facebook. He was very quick to respond, even though it was Christmas Eve! He answered all of my questions, and was so through on getting information from me about or issue and furnace. When He ran into issues because of the parts store being closed for the holiday, he was quick to communicate and find a solution to meet the deadline he had told me. We are so happy we chose One Call Heating and Cooling, and will be using them for future maintenance and repairs!

Absolutely fantastic. We won’t use any other company. Our AC went out and they were able to come out shortly after contacting them. They tried to find the parts and to repair first but unfortunately our system was too old and the parts weren’t available. We got a whole new system installed for a reasonable price and within a week. We can’t recommend them enough. Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable.

Amazing service, we had an air duck pipe that kelp falling and they fixed it. Came out in great timely manner and very reasonable in price. Great vibes all the way around.

Blown away with the service! As a mom of 10 making phone calls can be a struggle, so being able to book an appt online was amazing. I got a confirmation less than 2 hours later. The morning of our appt, Sam called and said he was running early…. We were thrilled, because no A/C for 24 hours 🤪 We signed up for the Premium Maintenance membership, because honestly it is a no brainer! You won’t be disappointed by the service!

Man!! ONE CALL is the only one I’m going to be calling! The service, the wisdom, and the genuine care is unmatched! Sam came out the very next day when I called the night before! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and he looked at EVERYTHING! The time he was at my house, he handle everything with care and he was very informative with all the things he was looking at and making sure I was getting all the information I needed to know. Better yet, loved how personal the visit was… He took time to connect with daughter and ask her about her day and that goes a long way! ONE CALL was able to help me with what I needed and I will definitely be sending them more clients and I highly recommend them for any of your needs for cooling and heating!! They are the BEST!!

I couldn’t be more impressed. One Call had us on the schedule within 24 hours and came exactly when they said they would. Sam was extremely nice and they did great work. We will absolutely be using them again and be recommending them to our friends and family.

Great price and they took the time to make sure our dryer vent that hadn’t been serviced in at least a decade was cleared properly and that everything was fastened back on better than when they arrived.
