First, just want to thank everyone at FTS for treating us so well. We had the maintenance plan so when they came out to check the ac system they (Corey and Andrew) told us some minor things were marginal and that we should consider replacing the ac because it was 22 years old. Had them work up an estimate for replacing the ac and furnace and it was more than satisfactory. They (Mason and his associate) arrived on time, completed the install, cleaned up and finished everything in record time. System works PERFECT and we couldn’t be happier. FTS is the “go to” company for all your heat and ac work. Hats off for a job well done.

We used FTS heating and cooling for the first time today. A gentleman by the name of Jay came and he was very professional, very clean looking and very knowledgeable. It turns out he is an Army Vet and I was glad to have a vet working on our equipment. He did a great job and corrected a problem created by another company . Jay got everything back online so we had a positive experience all the way around. I highly recommend this company and Jay for all heating and air conditioning needs.

Very fast getting to us! A little out of our price range, but the tech was very understanding and kept us informed on options. Would use again.

It was excellent service, they came out the same day that I called and were able to get our leaking A/C unit fixed very quickly. Jay was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and got the job done right.

My tech Justin was awesome, diagnosed both of my A/C units and was able to help me and my wife find a much needed replacement for one of our old units and got it ordered. Just waiting on parts to come in for the install. 5/5 would use FTS again in the future.

This is the 4th time that I have used FTS for repairs. They have always done a good job while being very professional. I would recommend them to others.

Called for repair of a blower. Technician showed up faster than expected. He repaired the problem . They had the air unit repaired in less than two hours form call to finish. Also the price was less than All Klear.

The technician FTS sent out was knowledgeable and happy to discuss options for my HVAC repair. Overall I was happy with the service.

I called first thing on a Sat morning and they were at my home within hours. Trevor was the tech. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He explained everything every step of the way. He adjusted the pressure of the propane at the tank and at the furnace that was left incorrectly sat but the system installers ( from another company)
He immediately found the other issues that were caused by poor install ( water leaks in the drain lines that causes severe water damage to the floor around the furnace and soaked some insulation in the attic where the exhaust pipe also leaked.)
He gave me a fair estimate for the repairs of the leaks, offered other services and remedies for the water damage and made the repairs in a timely manner and explained the 60 day workmanship warrantee.
He cleaned everything up perfectly and was probably the most professional service person I have ever experienced.

Had a very nice experience on the tune up to our furnace today. On time a did a thorough job checking it all out. I would definitely recommend FTS to other people looking for a heating and air company!

Corey came out to advise us on our unit concerning our remodel. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We are always pleased with FTS

It all started with Andrew. Andrew showed up after we had paid more than $1,400. to a different company to fix our furnace. He spent more than 6 1/2-hours at my home trying to figure out the issues and why our furnace was once again not operatable after spending $1,400. with the other company. Well he found the issue! The motor the other company installed originally, was to big for our furnace which wound up making matters worse. After all the troubles we had, mind you this was on the coldest week that we have had thus far, and during the Thanksgiving Holiday, temperatures down in the teens, my husband and I decided to install a whole new system. Justin, Mason, Josh, Phil and Trevor, ALL came through for us! We cannot say enough about how good, honest, ethical and hard working these fellas, and this company was to us. Hands down the BEST HVAC service we have ever dealt with, living in our home for more than 30 years. We have used other companies previously, and were NEVER treated so well. We are going to be lifetime customers of FTS from this point forward. I would give them all 10-Stars if I could! Thank you FTS for your genuine customer service. This day in time that's something you rarely see anymore and we just cannot THANK YOU enough for the outstanding job Andrew, Justin, Mason, Josh, Phil and Trevor did.

Andrew is the BEST. We have had prior companies that were not good for our mini splits but Andrew was knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly.. FTS is our service provider for now on. Excellent

FTS Heating & Cooling is amazing. They are always efficient, fast, and friendly. Trevor did an excellent job explaining the repairs needed and offered several choices to improve our furnace. We will always use FTS for our hvac needs.

Jay was super informative and extremely professional. Went over the different options and the benefits to each one. 10/10 would recommend him to everyone!

Corey was fantastic! He called before coming, was here on time, wore floor saver booties, was personable and got to work right away. After the diagnostic, he gave me an overview of the health of my system and gave me options on how to get my goal of getting the most out of the life of my system.

I worked with Bertsch and I’ll do the same with FTS because of Corey.

I’ve used SS&B for years and can’t say enough about my experience.
From calling this morning at 8:30 that I had no heat to Thomas showing up a few hours later to diagnose and fix the problem, the whole process was seamless.
Thomas is the best! He always takes the time to explain the situation and cost before proceeding. He’s so mindful of not tracking in dirt from outside as well.

Amazing customer service and outstanding repair job with the utmost kindness and respect. We're so grateful for Andrew and his team at FTS for their professionalism and speedy service. Our blower wasn't turning on and the culprit ended up being the control board. T/S didn't take long and he had the universal part on hand. Thank God for providing such wonderful and talented folks to work with. Thank you FTS for saving the day! Update: Trevor came out 8.24.2024 for furnace tune-up and did a fantastic job checking all the parameters and also cleaning out the blower fan (a much needed maintenance item). This will hopefully extend the service life on our system. Trevor braved the storming weather to do all this and we are just so grateful. Thank you again FTS Heating & Cooling, you guys rock!
