Cant remember the guy's name but he was very friendly and performed the task I needed done very quickly. He even charged me $90 less than he quoted on the phone. Will be using this company again for all of my future plumbing needs.

I called for an appointment and got a time frame for the following day. They were exactly on time and although they had an equipment malfunction, they returned soon with the right tool and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again!

Great service. The plumber, Jason, was on time, diagnosed the problem as tree roots causing sewer line backup. Found the clean out a snaked the line & installed a proper clean out in short order. Thank you Plumb-Rite for getting it all taken care of before my friends came!

The man who came out found the issue, which was not a leaking pipe, but a problem with our washer that was leaking. He was very helpful in helping move the washer out to the garage so we can now remodel our laundry room! Since I've been wanting a new washer and dryer anyway, it all worked out for the best!

Chris B was fantastic! Prompt, friendly and a pro at his craft. Had an urgent issue with a broken shower facet not turning off. Chris was able to quickly take care of the problem and replaced the faulty valve. Thank you again for your assistance after hours!

Requested normal HVAC maintenance. Sean, the technician was prompt and courteous during his call, and he provided us with some additional information on maintaining our furnace filters and hot water heater. Very professional. We had used Plumb-Rite in the past and will do so again. I like that they send a brief bio and picture of the technician being assigned before they arrive at your doorstep.

I have used Plumb Rite for several years now. I am currently living in an older house that has had a lot of plumbing problems due to I think negligence from the previous owners/renters 😞, as well as probably some old copper piping that is due to be replaced over years of wear and tear. Plumb Rite has always been the one I’ve called. I’ve never doubted them, they’ve never given me a reason to distrust them. They have really helped me and worked with me on the financial side of it -if and when needed. I think they practice, good morals, ethics, and values of running a company. They really DO care and they will go to great links until the problem is solved and NOT just keep charging me - unnecessarily. They have always been accurate and up front. LASTLY, THE EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT! They’ve been a blessing!🙌🙏
