Frank was ontime and helped us through-out the rough-in. Even when the shower base showed up cracked and couldnt be installed that day he made time for the next day to install the new shower base. On the next day he even showed up early to be there first and made sure the drain was installed before installing the base.
Ive used several plumbers, Frank is one of the most reliable subs i have ever used.

We had a clogged drain in our bathroom that I had tried to clear unsuccessfully. SOS came out and had it cleared within minutes! He was polite, professional and efficient. The pricing was appropriate for the labor involved. So happpy!

Excellent service! Response was prompt! Repaired leaking drain pipe in my daughter’s home. Unclogged sump pump drains. Also replaced waterline valves in the basement. Everything updated. Would recommend using SOS plumbing!!

Frank was always there when he said he would be. The project was done in a timely manner and done very well. He was very accommodating and did more than what he was asked. This is the second project Frank has done for me. I highly recommend SOS and plan on using Frank for more projects.

I had an emergency shower situation at my home when another person who was trying to fix it made the problem worse. I called SOS plumbing and even though it was after hours, he arrived very soon. It was too late to be able to get parts so he shut the water off so we wouldn't have any more damage and was here at the specified time that he told me he would be the next morning. He removed the part that was damaged and took it with him to get the correct part to fix the problem. He returned soon and due to the location of my shower he had to cut a hole in the wall in my living room. However, he did a very professional job on both the shower fittings and the hole in the wall. We've had no further problems and I guarantee you that he will be the plumber that I call in the future. He does outstanding work and you will not have to worry about anything when he's done. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Very pleased with the service. Frank came when he promised, did great work, and was easy to work with. We added a bathroom in our basement so he had to cut the concrete, install drains, install new water supply lines, install tub, sink, toilet etc. I was doing the rest of the renovation and he was willing/flexible to work around the rest of the project.

I had a really bad clog deep in my shower line. I called Frank from SOS on Monday morning and he was at my house working within 90 minutes. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and kept me up to date with all that was going on. I was super pleased with the price especially in regards to all that needed to be done.
