Carnell and his team installed a 75 gallon gas heater that needed replacement . From start to finish it was done professionally and was a very satisfying experience.I would recommend them without reservations.The county inspection that followed found their work upto the mark.

They have been so helpful! Our warranty company has been a pain to deal with but we were finally able to get someone schedule to come out to the house to replace the water heater for us.
The initial guy came out (Anthony) and looked at our 38 yo water heater and told us what to expect from the warranty company. Great guy!
That first visit was on Friday and they are already back out here on Monday to help us out again! We are getting our new water heater installed today them too.
Both guys so far have been customer service friendly and hard workers. We are glad our warranty company chose them!

Our kitchen sink backed up and it was an emergency. Brotherhood services came quickly. They solved the problem quickly and professionally. I would use them again and recommend them.

Haven’t actually worked with them directly. I was scheduled an appt with them through my home warranty. I had to leave multiple voicemails with them and even got a “text me please” from them while trying to find a new appt time. Very unprofessional. They don’t work past 3pm so if you have a job good luck finding a time with them.

This company provided a quote. My problem is it wasn’t the quote I asked for. He provided my son a quote for task that I didn’t want to be completed and when my son stated that wasn’t what we wanted they never called back or provided the quote we asked for. They are not a company that would refer to anyone. I texted the tech and he never responded. They are in responding. Find a reliable company they are not it.

Plumbing work was contracted out to this company via our Home Warranty plan. The actual plumber, Cody is awesome. He's been patient, attentive & has done great work. One star rating is due to the unprofessionalism of the supervisor, Cornell. He's been non responsive, hard to get a hold of... We are having to call or text multiple times to get a simple answer of when the plumber will actually arrive. After calling twice & texting in one day, we received a text stating, "I'll call you shortly", yet we did not receive any communication back. Another call was made the next day and we were finally able to speak to Cornell. Additionally when calling, we are unable to leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full. Again, the actual plumber who completed the work was wonderful and this review is not a reflection on him. It's unfortunate that the supervisor has made this experience so terrible.

Incorrectly installed our shower which caused a leak. We called Rotor rooter and the person looked at the issue. They simply unscrewed the drain to take a look. This voided the warranty from brothers. They then ghosted us about repairs. Spend $15K to remodel and now we have to spend another $15K to redo everything. Would not recommend this company.
