Shawn and his boys did a great job turning my old house into a low maintenance retirement home.

I can't say enough about Shawn and his team. Professional, timely, communicative, affordable, and quality - if you have any renovation or construction work, I would highly recommend this team to do the job.

The team renovated our entire basement floor-to-ceiling from the studs out. Even in a challenging old farmhouse with unique constraints, the result was a high-quality basement space that we'll enjoy for years.

Shaun and his sons are amazing to work with. They did our complete kitchen remodel in 2023, and came back this spring to save us and our beautiful home after a frozen pipe break in January. Professional, personal, timely, excellent communication, fair pricing, just a pleasure to work with. We are quite particular with very high standards. Highly recommend Marsh construction.

Shawn and his team renovated our circa 1863 historic home and we were very pleased with the process and results. There are always surprises when bringing an old home back to life and ours was no exception. Shawn always had a cool head, worked with us through the challenges and helped keep our budget tight. Can't say enough nice things about our experience, highly recommend!

Trustworthy, competent, and fair! So happy my husband found Marsh Construction to remodel our 1960 ranch home. Shawn and his sons were easy to work with and we are pleased with the results. We hired them to tear down 2 walls, interior painting, exterior painting, popcorn ceiling removal, add a kitchen island, backsplash , countertops, flooring, gutters, windows, insulation, and new electrical wiring. Next year we hope to bring them back for a few more projects!

I was referred to Marsh Construction by a friend who had a basement finished. My wife and I were also wanting to finish our basement. Shawn was quick to come out and give a proposal to do the job. Pricing was good and work started promptly. Throughout the whole project Shawn and his sons demonstrated they were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable in their craft. I'd happily recommend them to anyone needing an honest and easy to work with contractor.

I had a great experience with Shawn and his sons. I did a very involved remodel of about half of my house. I took a 1970's Spanish style and changed it to a craftsman style with lots of wide wood trim in that craftsmanship/mission style. They did a phenomenal job. The sub contractors they used for the specialty jobs like skim coating 3 entire rooms or specialty carpentry were all skilled and did great work. Shawn even came in under his original bid. When I added something or changed something he was always accommodating and helpful. I will admit I was very nervous about doing the remodel as I was afraid I would ruin the house. All through my nervous questioning and worrying Shawn and the boys were supportive and positive. It all turned out just as I envisioned. I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Marsh construction.

Marsh Construction was the 6th of 6 contractors I interviewed for our home projects (Master Bathroom complete renovation / fireplace and living room renovation)
I chose Marsh, NOT because their quote was the best (although it was for the value), but because Sean (owner) asked me questions none of the other companies had. He was thorough during the quoting process, answering a myriad of questions.
During he renovations, he was always on top of his crew to do things to the TOP standard - and would point out anything less than the top quality to be redone. Past contractors that we've hired will make the sale and then never show up again (just sending their crews often uninformed) - This was not the case with Marsh.
He is honest - fairly - diligent - great at communicating. He even advised me when I had made some iffy choices on designs along the way.
I can't say enough about how easy they made this process. They masked the carpet / stairs / flooring to make sure minimal mess and no damage.
We will be recommending Marsh Construction to all of our friends, and hiring them for our Kitchen renovation next year.
I've attached photos of the completed mantel project - It went from builder grade tile / white framing - to rich wood carpentry (finished to absolute perfection) with a stone tile. Addition of shiplap on either side added a complete look.

Marsh Construction recently renovated a home I purchased in 2025. The project lasted a little over 6 months and the entire team was nothing but prompt and professional. Communication was key at several points during the project and I never had an issue getting ahold of someone from the company. At the end of it, the house was left as clean as a maid. I will be referring them to anyone I know who needs work done on their home.

Shawn Marsh Construction was referred to me by a friend. Shawn and his sons were excellent to work with. I hired them to remove the old metal siding on my home, repair the original wood siding, paint the house, and replace storm windows. They were all very respectful, on time, flexible when I changed my mind or had a better idea, creative, and dependable. Their attention to detail was important to me, and they went above and beyond with daily clean up and communication. I will definitely use them again and I have already referred them to friends.

Shawn and his team did a great job on a basement room and bathroom for us including drywall, texture, finish work and laying vinyl plank flooring. Appreciated their communication with us each step. Competitive pricing and honest work.

Shawn and his crew did a full bathroom remodel for us. They did an excellent job and it turned out exactly as we hoped it would. He was great about communicating on every aspect. He let us know what was going on in every step of the process and what the time frame it would be. All in all, it was a really good experience and we are so happy with the result.

Marsh Construction did an excellent job helping us design and develop a plan for our sunroom addition. They followed the designs and communicated on all areas of the project. Shawn and his sons made the experience seem easy. As the plan developed, they were excellent at making recommendations that enhanced the finished product. They were easy to work with and accommodating to changes. Since the finish of this project, we have engaged them again for more renovation projects.

Marsh Construction, LLC exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Shawn and his team were absolutely top‑notch. Our bathroom looks incredible, truly like something out of a showroom. The tile work, in particular, was meticulous and beautifully done.

Shawn and his team did a complete gut kitchen remodel in our home. This involved moving plumbing and electricity, as well as removing the wall and window. We were so pleased with the work he and his team did. They were all professional, timely, and excellent craftsmen. Probably one of the best things about working with Shawn is that he is honest, communicates effectively, and maintains a level head no matter what is happening. Even when little things come up, and they will, he can quickly figure out how to pivot to keep things moving forward with the project. We interviewed four contractors before selecting Shawn. We had a good feeling about him from our first meeting. His bid wasn’t the cheapest, but it was reasonable, and we felt a good level of trust with him. We would not hesitate to recommend Shawn to friends and family. We also plan to call him again for future renovation projects. If you want a solid contractor that will do quality work, look no further!

Shawn and his team did a great job remodeling our bathroom! Very good communication, and the ability to adapt to our ever changing vision was key to this project. He was able to offer ideas and suggestions to better our design while staying on budget. Will be calling on them again for future products!

I spoke to this company regarding a remodel on my property. An appointment was scheduled that they rescheduled at the last minute. Then they no-showed to the appointment they rescheduled. No call or text, no explanation, wouldn’t respond to any communication. Not sure they can be trusted if they can’t even communicate with potential customers
