We replaced our complete HVAC system in the spring of 2018 with Muller Mechanical. Their service, professionalism, and "bedside manner" completely exceeded all of our expectations. I considered reviewing them at that time because I enjoyed the experience so much, but waited through the HOT summer as I wanted to verify how the system performed. After a very hot summer I can honestly say that our home has never been so comfortable in the nearly 13 years we have owned it. Historically, we would have "hot spots" in the house and in fact used 2 portable AC units to compensate during the most demanding parts of the summer. Because of their expertise the system was sized properly (more capacity) and yet is still much more efficient. All the hot spots are now gone and we are considering Craigslisting the portable units. Rob and Ron have been absolutely great to work with and we would recommend them to anyone!

I called them this morning when they opened and a few hours later our AC is already back in business with a new capacitor, which Wade quickly diagnosed as the problem and got to work fixing. Had a new furnace installed a couple weeks ago. Had a new water heater installed about a year ago. Very quick response time and installation. Didn't even realize I was eligible for a refund from the gas company until Mr.Muller handed me the paperwork to send in. Would highly recommend and will use again whenever needed.

Fantastic service and loyalty. Have had Rob and Ron take care of our HVAC needs for nearly 10 years. Hot or cold, they have been quick to respond and take care of the issue within days if not hours. Honest and reliable.

My furnace wasn't working properly. They showed up in a timely amount of time & fixed the issue with a minimum cost. I would recommend them to everyone!

I would highly recommend Muller Mechanical. They were very professional and very reasonable. We have used them twice. The first time for a new water heater and the second time for a new furnace. If you are looking for a company with great ethics and reasonable pricing look no further!

Muller Mechanical is awesome! My hot water heater went out and they were there the same day and fixed the problem on the spot. I had previously used a "chain" mechanical service and the problem had never been resolved. Muller Mechanical was quick, friendly and efficient. They were prompt in returning my call and following up. I haven't had any problems since. They are my go-to service now. Highly recommended.

Furnace went out the night is was -15 here in Weston, The Brothers had a crew out the next morning installing new equipment. The price and time frame was outstanding!!! Thanks! Just had them come back and install humidifier and some additional duct work, as always great job great crew!! Thanks!!!!!!!

The Muller team was called out to troubleshoot our AC. After replacing the board to get our AC back we asked if they could also update our thermostats. They quickly responded, ordered our parts, and installed in a timely manner. Awesome service.

Muller Mechanical took very good care of us. We asked them to replace our furnace (which had been in our home since the 60's). Rob came out and looked things over, sat down with us and we had an estimate before he left (unlike some others we talked to). The two young men that came out were very respectful and work oriented. Never seen them laying down on the job. They got here around 9:00am and didn't leave till around 6:00pm that night. During this time they also installed our central air. Rob's brother came out and did the wiring and informed us of a few changes he needed to do to make us safe. Rob came out a couple days later to check over everything. We are very happy with the new furnace and have now gotten rid of all space heaters in the house. I will recommend Muller Mechanical to all our friends and neighbors. Good job Muller Mechanical. The owner went above and beyond in attempt to diagnose and fix our hvac system. Even after his technician, who was a pleasure to have in our home, wasn’t able to fix the issue that they thought it was, we weren’t charged for the part. The owner of the company was trying to prolong the life of our 13yo unit for a few more years but it didn’t work out. No fault of his own. The owner spent a good time on the phone with me, going over our options and explained them all in great detail. He never made me feel like a burden or an annoyance in my questions and concerns. If you’re looking for a hometown feel company that you can trust, you have found it.

Rob and his team at Muller Mechanical are top-notch professionals. They did a great job replacing my heat pump and water heater. When I received my final bill, it was actually lower than the previous estimate I had received! Good prices, great service, trusted experts!

This summer (2020) I had them come out to replace my AC and Furnace. They were very reliable and professional they showed up on time and were flexible with my college schedule. I was having other work done at my house and they even offered a few recommendations as well. This winter (2020) I had issues with my heating. They came quickly to fix the issue even though the office was closed and it was a Saturday. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. Very nice people and easy to ask questions knowing you’ll get an honest answer.

Ron and his team were great. We had our AC go out. They called the next morning and had someone in our neighborhood already, so they were able to stop by. Nick the technician was very nice and professional. Subsequently had to replace the coils and they were able to get the part quickly and performed the replacement. Highly recommend!!!
