We've had them out several times for our older heat pump. They changed out a blower in the past and some wiring. Always professional, take their time to do it right, and never try to up-sale us on a new system. Also, they fit us in the day we called this week when we weren't getting any heat.

I called for an appointment and had a technician at my home within hours. They quickly identified the problem, provided a solution and at an affordable price. I would absolutely call again for any needs in the future.

Bill is an awesome worker he gave me a time zone that he would be there and he was right on time. he got the work done fast and i haven't had any problems since if you need work done on your unit call AC DOC HEATING AND COOLING

Worked with a very diligent technician that went through a lot of troubleshooting to find out where my furnace was failing. Wasn't in a rush to just finish the paperwork and get off site. Not only would I recommend them, I'll be requesting them personally should I need furnace or ac repair.

Worked with them through my Home warranty company, my A/c compressor was out and they had to replace it, my home warranty company ordered the part and they replaced it, One the thing I like about them was their back office customer service, they kept me updated about what was happening, ETA of part arrival, and they also went extra mile to fix the A/C on their non install day, will recommend the company.

Our technician Bill was great. He was on time and knew exactly what he was doing. He resolved our issue with a quickness. He is definitely very appreciated and I would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10.

Working nights, I got home about 8:30 last night and my wife said the temp was dropping even though the furnace was running. We called ac doc and left a message around 9. They called us upon opening and a tech was in our house by 10am. We had heat within the hour and were very pleased. Our technician was very respectful of us, our home and our situation. He was super thorough in his assesment and correction of our issue. He showed me the new part and even brought up the old part that needed replaced when he was finished. Its nice to have a trustworthy hvac company you can rely on. Highly recommended.

I have had this company come out twice. Once to service my A/C unit last June and once to fix a bad circuit board causing the furnace not to work this week. Extremely courteous and friendly on the phone and they showed up at or just before the scheduled time window. They drove to multiple parts stores to get the parts needed to complete the job and worked with my schedule to get them installed the next day. Highly recommended!!

Couldn't be happier with AC Doc. I first hired another contractor (Hansen Mechanical), who told me they needed to order me a new HVAC motor. They gave me 3 different timelines and straight up said they didn't know when it would arrive.

So I called AC Doc, who was able to fix the issue in 10 minutes without needing any parts ordered. Can't recommend them enough.

The company was contracted by our home warranty service provider. The technician arrived on time, asked a few questions and went right to work on fixing our unit. Within 30 minutes the technician came back to the door and said that it should be good to go. The AC is cold and we are truly grateful on a 90 degree day. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a great experience with AC Doc! My home warranty assigned this company to fix my old central AC from 1998. They replaced the compressor and refilled the refrigerant. The office clerk that answers the phone is very helpful and scheduled my repair quickly and easily, and she dealt with long hold times from my frustrating home warranty company to get my repair figured out- saving me time. The repairmen that came to my house were on time, friendly, professional, and did a great job fixing my old air conditioner and didn't try to sell me a bunch of upgrades I don't need. I have a cool house just in time for the next heat wave in KC, and it didn't cost me an arm and leg like the bigger companies would've charged. I absolutely recommend AC Doc. Thanks guys!!!

Our warranty company first gave us to a different heating & cooling company who were unable to service our heater due to how old it is. They send handed it off to AC Doc company who came out immediately once they were handed the paperwork for our home. They came out same day. Assessed our heater which needed a new part. Called and came out immediately when the part came in. There were more than a few complications with our heater when they went to install the new part. Which included then running to the store to grab more parts. All of this to say, this company will go above and beyond for you and they don’t wait around to schedule you.
