Joey and GMZ Mechanical are outstanding. They did a complete HVAC replacement for us. Professional, courteous, honest and fair priced. They were recommended to me from two HVAC career professionals. One, now retired, in the . business for over 40 years. I now know why they both highly recommended them. Want a job done right at a fair price give them a call.

We have had Joey out to the house multiple times to fix things that the previous company said they fixed.

We previously had our upstairs AC line freeze up so we had the company that installed it 10 years ago add refrigerant just to have it freeze up again less than a year. Joey came out and found that it had the wrong TXV valve put on for the refrigerant used.

Also, year ago, the control board went out on our downstairs furnace so the same previous company charged us over $700 to replace it and $100 to temporarily fix a fan on a 25 year old furnace rather than quoting a new system. Then, this year, the motor went out again. Joey priced a new motor but said it “was just throwing good money at bad parts”. He also quoted us a good price to replace it with a new unit that included a warranty. We went with a new unit and Joey had it installed a couple days later (we told him we could use our wood burning and gas fireplaces while he took care of other urgent customers).

I’ve mentioned him to several friends only to find out they have used him too. Had one friend call him because they were told they needed a new furnace only to find out he replaced a part for a couple hundred dollars and told the rest of the furnace was in really good shape.

Very honest, which is hard to find these days...

Joey is very professional, courteous and thorough. He worked out a time with us, we were in a crunch to get it done quick. He has great craftsmanship too, our system looks great in our basement. He replaced our HVAC/heat pump, very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I found Joey very personable and really knows his his stuff. Our A/C blower fan motor went out when it was hot in the summer and Joey installed a temp motor until he could get my model motor. Does great work and reasonably priced. *** I recommend GMZ!! ***

One star only cause I can’t do 0 stars. Bought a new “top of the line system” from him. First problem I had he ghosted me and never to be heard from again. NOW I have more problems with the system, he didn’t fill out my warranty paperwork so instead of having a 10 year warranty I have a 5 year warranty. Now stuck with $4900 dollar repair bill. I wouldn’t let this company install HVAC in my chicken coop. HONEST AND FACTUAL REVIEW.
