Had a drain issue that kept us from using laundry and kitchen sink. As always, Epic was able to get out the next day and fix the problem, professionally and at a reasonable price.

I had a wonderful experience with Epic. I got a total of 3 bids for a sewer line replacement. Epic by far was the most reasonably priced; half the price of the other 2 companies. They were very open about the process/cost and answered all questions. It was easy to get it scheduled and I thought they did a fabulous job. The team was professional, but also friendly. Cost was the same quote they initially gave, no price increase. I plan to use this company again for other plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Tuesday morning I got a call from the city that I was using an astronomical amount of water. I reached out to John at Epic to see if they could have someone check on it for me.
They were at my house within a few hours and had it diagnosed as a broken water line in my front yard shortly after.
They were able to get me scheduled for Friday morning and had all work completed in just a few hours.

Although the fact of an expensive, unexpected, repair coming up was extremely frustrating, It made it easier dealing with the team at Epic as they were extremely efficient, understanding, and had the best communication throughout the ordeal.

We had our shower drain replaced and they were quick and very helpful 🙂 Did an excellent job! We will definitely call them again.

Athena was very friendly when I called about a replacement for a leaking tank water heater. John came out the very next day to give me a quote. He then came the following day and did a great job with the installation, barely 48 hours from my initial call. He even cleaned up some of the plumbing in the vicinity. I am very satisfied!

Blake arrived on time, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He explained what he was doing and why, which I appreciate. Epic has always done a good job for me. I guess it’s no longer a secret that they do quality work as it took a little longer than usual to fit me in this time, but worth the wait.

The Technicians were very approachable about the replacement and install of a new fixture. They had several "hurdles" to overcome, but those simply added a few minutes to the call. They not only installed a new faucet, but their install improved on the previous install, increasing pressure to the water that will now be delivered to the kitchen sink. Epic received this job as a product of their last visit, which was equally impressive.
