I'm grateful to have a intelligent tech that diagnosed my furnace issue and easily resolved it, resulting in a fully operational furnace.
This company is definitely on my list to call for assistance again and considering the age of my furnace, it'll happen.

Cornelius serviced and repaired our furnace and did an exceptional job. His knowledge and skills were top notch. He was very polite and professional and thoroughly explained in detail what he recommended for repair.

It was VERY cold. Wind chill was in the single digits and I let my Generator maintenance go WAY too long. Chris came out and showed me everything important about my Generator. He was polite and courteous. Technician was very friendly and helpful. Was able to diagnose the problem and repair my furnace. Left the area around my furnace clean and answered all my additional questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use the same company/technician again.

Rick Bradford was an absolute pleasure! He showed up early, was prepared for the appointment and was able to get us on track with our heater. It's wonderful to have someone personable and funny on appointments like this and his recommendations and know how were helpful and didn't feel like just a sale.

The electrician Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable. My house is old with an electrical system that is outdated. We talked at length about what I was wanting and his recommendations were spot on and welcomed. The appointment was just an initial estimate. So I am unable to speak to the work yet.

Troy was so kind! Got here same day, found the issue, got a quick and reasonable quote and went back in the basement to turn a heater off for me because my husband had left and I don’t like going down there. 10/10 will be using for the repairs and will be using in the future.

Chad was excellent from the bid process forward. I appreciated that not only did Mose not charge us for a bid, but Chad went out of his way to recommend the most affordable solution for our EV. Great experience with Josh Samrany from CM Mose. I arrived home after the Thanksgiving holiday (after 6 PM) to find my heat was out. Josh was able to get it up and running with 2 hours of me contacting CM Mose. Later that week, when he had the parts for the long term fix, he let me know when he would be there so I could minimize my time away from work. He was a good communicator, happy to show me the issue with furnace, and thoroughly explain my options.

Troy was great. Very professional throughout the entire process. I had an electrical panel replaced and a sub panel added. His team also installed a few additional electrical outlets and two lights. They explained things well and listened to my wishes. Troy even discovered there was no grounding rod on the previous panel and ensured one was installed. Overall I am very happy with the work and feel confident it was done with the highest quality. Thank you Troy!

Jesus did a phenomenal job today. He was punctual, affable and incredibly knowledgeable. It was evident by his insouciant attitude and performance that he truly loves what he does. Five stars and two thumbs up for Jesus!

Sean was phenomenal at fixing our gas line in our fireplace. It was definitely tricky but he never once got frustrated. He was able to knock it out with a little backup assistance from his coworker. So polite the entire time!

I was quoted a very fair price without any of the usual "mark it up to mark it down" nonsense. Transparency is appreciated. On install day, the gentlemen showed up on time and worked efficiently. That was a good thing considering it was fairly cold that day. The new system seems to be just what the doctor ordered.
