Having issues with a leaking drip pan on the AC unit. Came out diagnosed the problem and gave us all our options. Will definitely use him again. Honest and reliable

We had an emergency furnace outage on a freezing night and Jon came out and fixed the issue a previous company had only temporarily patched. Extremely nice and fast customer service, could not be happier with the assistance.

John was a life saver today,it was hot the air wasn't working so I googled and I scrolled down to Jackson heating and cooling the 5☆'s caught my attention I called him after I called a few others he was affordable,professional, personable, educated me on keeping my unit clean and cleaned it,what to look/listen for he had one person before me when he was finished he called and we were up and running,I appreciate his service he was so polite as well. The best and most honest company to deal with. Everything was explained clearly to me and all my questions answered. Communication is important and they responded to every email, text, and phone call. On time for every appointment and checked back with me to make sure everything is working a expected after completing the installation.

He came out to fix a blower motor fan in our furnace last fall. Price was good with quality work. Very informative about our
system. Started AC for the first time this summer and thought that ac fan went bad(fan in ac was not running). He come out and confirmed. We decided to replace the whole sytem because it was very old. He was very reasonable priced, honest, and friendly.

Jon wasted no time when he arrived and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. After replacing a blown capacitor he mentioned a few things to look out for incase something seems off again.
