John was right on time and did a great job checking everything out and giving me a summary afterwards.
This is the 2nd time I have used Balance Point and have been very pleased with your service and will definitely recommend Balance Point to others.

I have used Balance point for annual maintenance and check ups for the last two years. Our 23 year old AC Condenser finally died, and our 32 year old water heater wasn't heating. We had multiple companies provide bids with various HVAC manufacturers, and Balance Points were the most reasonable with two solid manufacturers to choose from, and multiple options of furnace and AC specs. I had a multitude of questions after all the bids, and spoke repeatedly with folks at Balance Point, and the owner, Jason, came out to personally review and discuss options. The installation was quick and flawless, and so far we have been pleased completely. I highly recommend.

I've used balance point multiple times for repairs on my aging HVAC system. Always quick to respond and professional and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately that aging system was no longer reasonable to repair. Balance point quickly give me a quote that was reasonably priced and had the whole system installed within a few days. Their texts and their salesman have always been professional and treated with respect.

Best HVAC service ever! Our technician Eric provided such a wonderful customer experience. We were worried about the cost, but he took some extra time to make sure everything was perfectly fine. He even cleaned out our unit at the end. He was polite, courteous, and professional as he informed us at every step of the process. They will provide you with updates and find the best time to schedule. Definitely the best service for the best price.

Would definitely recommend! The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need and gave us some helpful advice on how to get the most efficient use from our system. They were able to accommodate our appointment on short order when our heat started to act up. The repairs were fast, the system works great now, and the price was really reasonable.

When I woke up the morning that I called, our temperature was at 76 while the thermostat was at 74. I watched it for a few hours and came back from running a few errands and the temperature was 81 with the thermostat still at 74 so something was wrong. I immediately called Balance Point, who is always been there for us and once again was incredibly wonderful! The staff got Eric out immediately, and he found that our capacitor had gone bad. He immediately replaced the capacitor, and our air conditioner was back in service and working beautifully!

Eric and Balance Point have always been there for us and we greatly appreciate the service that we always receive. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC Needs!

I have used Balance Point Heating and Cooling for 10 years or more. I find them easy to work with and they do a great job. Today was the first time my husband was home to greet John D when he arrived. Husband was impressed. His questions were answered along with many things explained.

Love these guys. I've used them for years. My A/C needs about a pound of coolant every spring. They are always technically skilled, nice, clean (they wear booties in the house), and professional. I will continue to use them. 🙂
