These days it is hard to come across honest people in the service industry, but Steve changed my mind about that. He was very professional, came 10 minutes before the appointment. He inspected the Chimney and pointed me in the right direction to get the fireplace going again. This is the only company that I will be going to for future business, and will refer to my friends.

We install water heaters. I’ve referred over 100 people to Steve at KC Chimney, to install a chimney liner for a furnace/water heater.

My experience has been that Steve and his crew are the best at what they do. Over and over we encounter other chimney companies that damage the liner, don’t size correctly, fail to provide slope, or charge 5x as much.

Save yourself the hassle and use these guys if you ever need a chimney liner.

Had AMAZING Service found out our chimney wouldn't pass inspection. guy was really honest letting us know all our options, and letting us know we could ether pay almost 3k to get our chimney fixed. or we could buy regency wood or pellet stove, but letting us know they are cheaper through a different supplier. he said he even install it for us if we paid him to do the install.. which overall will save us more money. He really cares about what's right and telling people hey here is a cheaper option... that is the person i want working on my home

We have been incredibly impressed with the repairs made on our chimney. We used KC Chimney Service to do a full inspection prior to buying our new home and then had them back out 6 months later to complete the needed repairs. They were respectful, quick, and great communicators- always letting us know what they found and what they were working on. When my husband and I were confused how to remove the gas pipes in our fireplace so we could use the wood burning chimney, they offered to come back out to help us at no additional charge. Excellent service! I would highly recommend this company!

He was able to explain step by step everything we needed without scare tactics or unnecessary up sales. We were given several different options to chose from to complete the repairs.

rew was courteous and professional. The only conceivable downside is KC Chimeny is Steve and his one crew. So book early! The massive upside is you are getting very personal service form the companies owner who has clearly mastered masonry.

We had a tree fall on house and damaged chimney. We hired Steve and his crew to rebuild the top 6 feet. The chimney was 75 years old and I cleaned up the brick from broken part of chimney. Steve found some brick that was close to the color that he used on the back side of chimney. It took a couple of days to do the project. Steve and his crew done a excellent job on matching the grout color and cleaning up the whole chimney and sealing it. This day and age its hard finding a good and fair priced company that goes above and beyond the expectations of the job. Thank you for your great workmanship!!! Jack & Lynn Hoyt

Came out for an estimate, fairer price then most. Knowledgeable about what need to be done. So I had him come back and do the job only took a few hours looks great would recommend. My neighbor actual seen his work and plans on hiring him to do his. Is like a finders fee please

I've hired KC Chimney for cleaning, maintenance, repair and replacement on three of my houses over the years. I've always been happy with the work Steve and his team does. They're kind and professional and great a trouble shooting.

It was horrible. Rescheduled 3 times. I used 2 vacation days to accomodate them. Then they did it again. I canceled job through homeadvisor and canceled my membership as well. So very unprofessional.

This company was paid a deposit for some custom work. Installation date has come and gone. They will not communicate about status, what has caused the delay, or a projected future date of completion. They do not return calls or answer the phone. We need more work done on our chimneys and hoped to continue working with the same company, but after this first impression there is no way I would ever hire them again.
