Now Heating and Cooling removed my old heating and cooling system and installed a new Rudd 2 Ton16 seer 2/3 stage/inverter heat pump, including new connection accessories and Rudd Econet 800 Smart WiFi thermostat. Matthew, Wyatt, and Cody were super nice — courteous, kind and patient!. They arrived at 9:30 AM.and completed the changeout/installation at 2:30 P.M.

They were very careful to avoid any sort of scuffing to furniture, floors, and walls — even vacuumed up a small amount of inevitable accumulation of debris! These fellows are top shelf plus one! If you want to take comfort knowing you have a very competent team of professionals handling your heating/cooling requirements, then look no further!

I called Now Heating and Cooling because my parents furnace stopped working. I looked up heating and cooling companies in the Nixa area and found Now Heating and Cooling. I was impressed with response time. Matthew was excellent got my parents up and running the same day I called. Because my parents are elderly Matthew gave them a senior citizen discount. Very pleased with the level of service this company provided my parents and will handle all of our future HVAC needs.

This company is top-notch, and Matthew is knowledgable, friendly, responsive, and pro-active. I had a nightly vacation rental guest with an HVAC emergency, but Matthew's quick arrival and solution was perfect for both the guest and for me as the manager. We have lived in the area for many years and have had a lot of other hvac companies come out and have never had a good experience with any of them. We needed a new unit since ours was very old and quit working. We called Now heating and cooling and they gave us by far the lowest estimate and the BEST service. Our unit went out before a very cold front was about to hit and they were very nice to come over the weekend and install it and get it up and running so our family wouldn’t be in the cold. Amazing service! We needed a whole new ac unit and they worked so hard and did the install on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend so we didn’t have to go without. We were amazed, they were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Definitely recommend and will use only this company moving forward!

Matthew was great! I was having an issue with my ac unit so I called to take advantage of a tune up special he was running. He throughly checked over my unit and found the problem. He fixed my unit and saved me from having to buy a whole new ac unit.

Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year at the time of writing this. My wife and I called every single “24/7” hvac repair business in Branson that was recommended to us. Not a single one of them answered their phone or called us back. So after we stopped listening to everyone’s recommendations we decided to look for ourselves. I called Now Heating and Cooling and instantly Matthew answered the phone. He was over an hour and a half away from my house working another service order on a Sunday afternoon and said the second he is done with the job he was on he would head my way. And before I knew it I got a text saying he was on his way. He spent a total of about 15 minutes at my house and had my air conditioner working just as it was before. And the price he charged me was significantly less than any other time I’ve had to use an hvac repair company. Long story short I’ll never call another company to help with my hvac other than Now Heating and Cooling.
