Used them for installation of a soft water system and from plumbing issue. Greg and Jay were great and the response time was outstanding on a follow up issue. Will use in the future.

Great service and quick scheduling of our water heater repair. They explained the repairs necessary and even gave an idea of what to watch for in the future. We now have our go-to plumber for the lake house.

Ted did a fantastic job taking out old tub and putting in a new shower. He was here when he said he would be and finished the same time as promised. It looks fabulous and we are so happy with the results. Would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing done.

They replaced water mains, installed new meter box cutoffs and made connections to 8 homes on shared well. Started on day promised and finished on time and within our budget. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaned up site and replaced gravel road and driveways in good condition. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Top hat sent out a tech named Mike to fix my broken water pipes. He was the best!! He was very kind polite and very professional. I wanted to say Thankyou Mike and Top Hat for being so professional and getting the job done right.

We were having problems with our water heater and called Affluent and they were at our house in 45 minutes. Ted was very professional and also very personable. He explained the problem and the fix in a way we could understand. He also stayed and answered our questions. I would highly recommend this company. We will be using them again for any plumbing problems we may have.

Don’t believe the negative reviews!! Chris & the crew at Tophat plumbing did an awesome job on our house. We recently purchased our forever home & noticed the plumbing was sub par. We want it to last the rest of our lives, so we called them. They came 1 day after estimate. We got a new hot water heater, new water softener, new whole house water filter, new toilet installed & plumbed to master suite, (why the bathroom didn’t have a toilet is beyond us) new faucet in kitchen, new washer box & brand new pex in the crawl space to every toilet, sink & everything else that needs water. They even replaced an outdoor spicket that had froze & busted at some time. They showed up early & worked entire day, they even hauled off all the old stuff they removed. We highly recommend them & will definitely use them in the future, should the need ever arise. They went above & beyond & we are totally satisfied with the quality & professionalism of their work. We cannot thank them enough.

Called this morning with a toilet leaking and needing a replacement. Erica and Ted showed up a few hours later and were completed and cleaned up within an hour. Incredible service. Thanks again!

I called Affluent Plumbing this morning and received same day service. Even with this C-19 pandemic threat!!
Jay and Scott arrived shortly after lunch time and worked to resolve our issues til 8:45 pm. Jay guaranteed he would fix it, and he cheerfully kept his promise using several impressive machines. Both of these guys were professional and respectful. They represented their Company in an outstanding manner. Was glad to have chosen Affluent Plumbing. Wonderful customer service skills! This is the second time we have used Affluent Plumbing and much like the first they went above and beyond. We called to get a quote on installing a whole house water filter and they came out the same day to review the situation and give us our options and what they felt would work best for us and our current situation. Once we decided on which option we wanted they had a cancellation in their workday and came over and installed it the same day! Ted and his team are professional, honest and go above and beyond to help their clients. Thank you Ted!

Our hot water heater decided not to lite for us. Called late on a Friday and the lady was apologetic that it would be Monday before they could help. Not a problem, it was not an emergency. Luke called and came out on Monday morning. In just a few minutes, he had it up and running again. He was very professional, would definitely call again.

After two weeks of struggling with a DIY repair of a leaky outside hose bib, we realized we'd made it worse and now had leaks both outside and under our kitchen sink. On Sunday afternoon, we called just to leave a message but were able to schedule a first-thing-Monday appointment. Jay was communicative about when he'd be there, arrived on time and got the job done quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruption to my busy work-from-home Monday morning. These people were great! They communicated and made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend them!

Pipes in our well house broke and we were out of water for a couple days. Called several companies and nobody was able to see us but top hat was able to squeeze me in on the next Saturday morning and get our water back on. Thank you so much and we will recommend you to friends and family and call you with any plumbing needs from now on.
