Redeemed is the Best HVAC I’ve worked with. Always honest, detailed and puts the customers concerns above the sale! Will definitely continue to use them in the future! Plan to get their maintenance program.

AC was not working. Made request for service. Appointment made for 1pm-4pm. I was contacted by text that arriving early 11:10 am if convenient.
Christopher was friendly and able to find problem quickly. Took time to check my system and make recommendations. He also took time out with my chihuahua.

This was our first service call as new customers with Redeemed. Christopher arrived within his designated window, greeted us very warmly with a firm and sincere handshake, and went to work. He thoroughly inspected all components of our three systems and proclaimed them all to be in good working order. It was late in the afternoon and we knew he had another call to make before completion of his day, but he acted like he had all the time in the world for us. It was a pleasure to have Christopher in our home, and he earned our complete trust. We’re so glad of our decision to call Redeemed.

Redeemed did a fantastic job fixing our washer and dishwasher. They went above and beyond to help us get our appliances fixed, even coming late and staying until after 8:00pm until the job was finished. We so appreciate all they did for us.

Chris went through my system with a fine-tooth comb. He took the time to explain everything and only one minor problem was found. Plus answered by many questions. Very good customer service.

I 100% recommend Redeemed Heating and Air. It was 6° and going to snow and our heat went out. I called Monday morning and They were here by 11 o’clock the same day. The technician that came out (Luke), was extremely knowledgeable on heat pumps, and had it up and running within 20 minutes of being at our home. I’ve owned this house for eight years and did not even know that it had a heat pump…. I thought it was a furnace and an outside AC unit. Luke schooled me on heat pumps and what to do in certain situations and I am extremely happy with the outcome of using this company from startup to finish. I would recommend them to anyone who needed heating and air help.

Michael did a fantastic job! He showed up on time and was thorough in servicing my AC unit. Michael was very friendly and professional! I highly recommend Redeemed.

I am very happy with Dale that came and diagnosed the problem with our AC problem which ended up being an AC/furnace problem. They originally scheduled our appointment for Wednesday and called to reschedule for one day earlier which was a plus for us. The office person who does the scheduling was very pleasant and professional. So far, I am very pleased with their service.

Great job done by the installers, Gary and Manny. The whole process with Redeemed heating and air conditioning was a wonderful experience. The office staff were very helpful in giving me an appointment for the installation very quickly to avoid the heat that we had been dealing with without our air-conditioning unit working. It was a very good experience overall. I will indeed call upon them again in the future if needed. Thank you.

Christopher and Brandon did an exceptional job replacing our water heater. Both were professional and courteous and Christopher went above and beyond showing patience and kindness. He also explained each step of the process, including all updates to standard code. As yearly care customers we also received a discount which made this an affordable replacement. We appreciate you, Redeemed. Highly recommend.

Luke has been professional, timely and very knowledgeable. I am so pleased and grateful for Redeemed. They have been great to work with and got my air conditioner working quickly.

REDEEMED I took really good care of me. From the first contact to the end was a great experience! Luke was great at finding the problem and making sure the job was complete in the same day. Luke was also very thoughtful when entering the house!

We are so impressed with Redeemed Heating. They responded to our emergency within a few hours when two other companies didn't. They were professional, personable and thorough. They gave us all our options with no pressure and were able to install a new furnace within 2 1/2 days, just as the freezing temperatures were beginning. We highly recommend them for heating, but they also do duct cleaning, water heaters and some appliance repair. We will definitely be using them again!

UPDATE!
We are once again recommending Redeemed Heating! We needed to replace our hot water heater this time and once again they did an outstanding job. They are so professional, friendly and helpful in providing information on our options. They take time to check everything out necessary to ensure they give you accurate information for your home and your needs. Their work was well done, and clean and they have been available when we needed questions answered before and after installation. We give them all 5 stars again! A wonderful company to work with!

My experience with Redeemed was good from start to finish. I was given an appointment for the next day and was notified when the technician was on his way. Brandon was courteous and efficient. He checked our furnace and replaced the furnace filters. I would recommend this business.

Christopher was here on time and had us back up and going very quickly. Explained everything thoroughly including maintenance packages to keep our units serviced and in working condition. Very courteous and respectful.

Very professional and thorough they kept everything super clean.

They tackled a huge job and I am so thankful for their help.
Our family and our animals are already breathing, clean air, especially since my dog and husband have severe allergies and asthma.

Prices were very reasonable. It’s sometimes hard to come up with the money but Nothing is more important than breathing, clean air.
