Dylan did an amazing job for us! He diagnosed a leak in our kitchen faucet and walked us through our options when the needed part was no longer available. We are super happy with the faucet we chose and his installation was timely and neat. We are confident in Dylan’s work! Isn’t that why you hire a plumber in the first place?

Not only is Dyllan kind, but he was extremely professional, reasonably priced, and meticulous in his work. He explained everything thoroughly and was patient with my lack of knowledge. He will be coming back to the house to fix our shower and washer drain, and I am confident in his capabilities. Highly recommend!

Dyllan was great. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, went out and got the replacement parts, and had our bathtub leak fixed all within a few hours. He was friendly and professional, and communicated well. He was also easy to schedule an appointment with. I just called the number listed and he came right out. There was no waiting days or even weeks. I highly recommend him as a plumber.

Dylan was prompt the morning he was to come look at my elderly mom's water heater. Talked us through what options she had and how things worked. Even explained the workings of water heater in general, so we understood. He was patient with her. Resolved the issue, cleaned up and said if any issues just give him a call. VERY much recommend Cardinal Plumbing.

Honesty! How refreshing. Thought I needed a new water heater, and was ready to put one in. But Dyllan was honest and saved me a bunch of money. Very knowledgeable and rates charged for other services very reasonable.

Professional, courteous, prompt, personable, efficient, and successful at solving our problem! Would highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again. Dyllan had a big job ahead of him to find a water line leak from the house to the hydrant. He was methodical, and provided us with several options and different price points for each. He is mindful of cost and not pushy at all! A very dirty job, digging through rocks but he got it all done in an afternoon, from start to finish. Very pleased. Thank you, Dyllan!

Dyllan showed up with a positive attitude and kept it the whole time he was here. He explained everything to me very clearly and easy for a non-plumber to understand. He also left the work space as clean as he found it. He double checked his work and verified the repairs. No complaints (coming from a picky Pete), and I will be calling Cardinal Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

I had a multitude of plumbing issues that needed to be addressed with the most serious being the upstairs HVAC drain was plugged causing the water to fill the upstairs hot water heater tray to overflowing. I like to keep my money local so I contacted Cardinal Plumbing and Dylan was prompt in arriving the next morning. The fix required multiple trips in and out of the crawl under the house and up and down the second floor stairs to repair the problem. Dylan's charge was extremely reasonable for the amount of time and equipment used. I then had him bid the remaining plumbing issues I had and again his bid was extremely reasonable. A few days later he returned with the necessary replacement parts and completed the work. The areas he worked in were left clean and he removed all of the old parts rather than leaving them for me to dispose of. And now days later, the best review I can give is that there have been no reoccurring issues with the work Dylan performed.

amazing and quick!!! our main water line valve burst and Dylan was out first thing in the morning to fix it. he got it done in no time and additionally, fixed our leaking shower just because he noticed it was leaking when he was in the crawl space. he is so friendly, professional, affordable, experienced, gave us great advice and answered any questions we had. if you’re thinking about using Cardinal Plumbing just do it! support local!!

Dyllan fixed a clogged sink of ours very quickly. He was on time to the appointment and trustworthy. Booking with him was a breeze. I highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing and working with Dyllan.

We had Dyllan out to replace our water heater, he also installed a water filtration system and water softener. He came and looked everything over and was very knowledgeable with all of his recommendations and answered any questions we had easily. He explained and broke everything down for us so we knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. He then emailed us a detailed estimate the next day with all of our options and pricing for each option. We got to pick exactly what we wanted done and knew exactly what we were getting for what price too. He was reasonably priced, always exactly on time, and completed the entire job, which was a big one, all in 1 day. We were very impressed with the work he did and are so happy to finally have good sediment free hot water. We can’t thank him enough! We highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future for all our plumbing needs! So glad we finally found a good, honest, reliable plumber!

Dylan was awesome. Very quick response and got us taken care of within a couple days and able to complete job when needed. In fact we had 1 new toilet to meet ADA and decided to add a 2nd one the day before scheduled install. Dylan was able to install both and did an outstanding job. True professional.

As others have noted, Dyllan was on time and did an amazing job. I am renovating a second story bathroom, which entailed cutting and splicing into cast iron, moving a toilet 3 feet, moving a shower 2 feet, and re-routing the venting. He did this work in a matter of hours for what I considered to be a very fair price. I would use him again.

Excellent service! We asked Dyllan to move our master toilet and drain pipe away from the wall a few inches (it had been installed in the middle of a floor joist 60 years ago). Dyllan was very quick to get us on his schedule and he had the plumbing roughed in and ready for our flooring contractor faster than we expected! Once our flooring was finished, Dyllan came back and installed a brand new toilet for us. We enjoyed our experience with Dyllan so much - we are confident we will use Cardinal Plumbing again for future projects!
