Bryan was very friendly and helpful in describing what the problem was with my furnace. He has been to my house a couple of times over the years and has always been very professional.

My AC went out yesterday afternoon. I called Steve’s Heating And air cooling this morning at 9 o’clock and by 12:30. My AC was running again! Bryan did an amazing job. He’s very knowledgeable!

Do you need a company that will restore your faith in humanity? THIS IS IT! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company, its people and its leadership are. After failing to get anywhere with my home warranty company (Cinch), and after failing to get anywhere with the company Cinch hired to fix my AC unit, I decided I would just take matters into my own hands. After a little bit of scrolling, I came across Steve’s Heating & Cooling. I honestly believe it was divine intervention. And I’m not that kind of guy. After speaking with Wendy, she found it hard to believe that the issues we were having were what the other company told us they were. I explained to Wendy that my wife had breast cancer, and she is currently on cancer medication. Without hesitation, she told me she had someone she will be sending out, and his name is Bryan. Bryan came out to the house, looked at all of the AC equipment, and was able to diagnose the issue within five minutes — most of which were spent walking around the house! Our issue had nothing to do with our AC unit! It was a completely different issue, and Brian fixed it temporarily, until he can get the parts, so that my wife would not have to suffer. The amount of concern, care, professionalism, friendliness and just plane humanity everyone at this company showed me and my wife almost brought me to tears. It’s companies like these, and the people who work there, that make life more enjoyable! That’s how much of a difference there is between people who care about your wellbeing before the bottom line. The money will come, because, people like me will be shouting the name, STEVE’S HEATING & COOLING from the mountain tops, anytime someone needs a recommendation for a REPUTABLE HVAC company. My A/C was having issues and I made an inquiry on the website in the middle of the night. I had a tech at my house by 10am and fixed and running by 10:15. Josh was extremely efficient at diagnosing and correcting the issue. Pricing was fair was well! I highly recommend and will be using them again if issues come up.

Knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I have used this company for many years and when I moved back to Missouri I chose them again. Wendy was friendly and concerned about my cooling issue. Bryan was a wealth of information about our system. I am grateful to know I can still depend on quality service. I love that this company is locally and family owned.

Dylan did an amazing job. We called to schedule a one time routine maintenance on our AC. Procrastinated until we saw the highs for next week near 90 and they came out same day. Dylan was thorough and went above and beyond. No pressure to sign up for a regular maintenance program which other companies like to do. I’ve been a customer of Steve’s Heating & Cooling since 2018, when the owner personally came out to sell and install a new air conditioner and furnace. Since then, I’ve continued to subscribe to their seasonal agreement plan and rely on them for all ongoing maintenance and repairs. I trust Steve’s with all of my HVAC needs—they’ve consistently provided prompt, professional, and high-quality service. Today was a perfect example of their reliability: within 45 minutes of my call, a technician arrived and had my air conditioner back up and running in no time. Every team member I’ve interacted with over the years has been professional, courteous, and clearly well-qualified. It’s rare to find a company this dependable. Highly recommend!

Josh was great. Was efficient and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. I will definitely use this company in the future.

There for us when our normal company was not. Called on Friday morning and they worked us in before the hot weekend. My normal company said wait for Monday. They showed up fixed it. Everyone I talked to was pleasant. The tech was polite, answered my questions and made sure I had a phone number in case I had any problems over the weekend. I will be switching over to them as my primary provider.

Bryan and Josh were simply great, finished replacing my ancient furnace with a new furnace in one and half hours and they left no mess behind. There was no hassle with using Steve's Heating and Cooling and they were reasonably price (read affordable). I have been using Steve's a number of years now and will continue to use them in the future.

Unheard of customer service! They were able to install a complete system - heating and air - quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Installers were knowledgeable, thorough, hard working and friendly. The new system looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

Two other HVAC companies came out and said I needed a whole new furnace and Josh got the old one going for $167. Now I can proceed with Plumbing

We had our ducts cleaned and they did an amazing job! The technicians that came out were very nice and friendly and took time to explain everything they were doing. I would highly recommend them!
