Richard and his crew are fabulous! Always on time....do a fantastic job...and just take care of us! We have been using Ozark Steam for several years and I am never disappointed. Our carpets are beautiful when he is done....and we have a high traffic retail store that gets lots of wear and tear. Many thanks for the AMAZING service!

Ozark Steam did a Very Good job for us recently at our new home. They were older carpets in a 15 yr old home. They look much better now and dried very quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Richard and Ilene for getting us scheduled quickly so we can start moving in.

**Update: They have now came and cleaned our carpets twice, and both times, went above and beyond! They are polite, professional and leave our carpets soft and fresh.

It’s was the day before the move into our new home and we had overlooked getting the carpet cleaned. Richard was able to come over that day and take care of us last minute! This may not always be the case but for us it was a miracle.
