I went there for the Parts Department, and they were fantastic - knowledgeable, fast, helpful. But I also ended up really enjoying spending a few minutes in the showroom. Wow - lots of cool stuff.

Shopping for a bathtub. They pulled the tub from the warehouse & let me sit in it. It was too short. They went in and found 2 other options as I didn't have time to order one. We went back and tried it and the one on the floor. Bought the "just right" tub and it was cheaper than the first one I was after. They loaded her up in my truck and I was off. One more satisfied customer. Great help from the gals out front and the guys in the warehouse!

Used their service in planning a bathroom. Robin was very knowledgeable and showed us many options. She did a 3D representation of what we chose which was very cool. Their products are high quality and fairly priced but not cheap. We're very happy with our experience there.

Excellent selection and good pricing. Robin H. was great to work with and understood the product differences and helped us make some good decisions on our bathroom project. She stayed in touch and followed up. Only wanted a faucet but we ended up buying all fixtures with her because she earned our trust. Will definitely return for items in the future. Do yourself a favor and check them out, you won’t be sorry! Experience on the seller end is everything!

We are so glad we chose Robin as our designer to help us with a bathroom remodel recently! Her expertise combined with professionalism made it a fun experience and she was well organized and attentive to details along the way. Walked in looking for ideas to remodel our bathroom. They helped from start to finish! Job turned out beyond expectations.

Great process and results. Lots of
examples of in store products available, but don't hesitate to ask for something a bit different. Designers have Great ideas to help you. We had two baths completely redone and love both of them. The contractor they paired us with did an excellent job. Pricing is done in two separate buckets - one for materials and one for contractor. Design changes we requested during the process were handled flawlessly by our contractor. We have a kitchen remodel in our future, we will definitely be going back to Robin H and will request the same contractor.

I recently remodeled my kitchen - Tiffany was absolutely a joy to work with! She made the process easy and fun too. We had a malfunction by the manufacturer and she helped is take care of it quickly. I maybe could have found some items for less - but the service and quality can’t be matched! Ask for Tiffany!

I am so glad I went with Southern Materials/Supply for my new shower! Tiffany was amazing to work with and I ended up getting everything I was looking for. When I show friends/family my new shower, they are stunned at how beautiful it is. It truly is a work of art. Tiffany was always ready to answer my questions both before and after installation and she was so knowledgeable. We had never used a designer before but when we went into Southern Materials Co to look at bathroom ideas, Robin Sharp/Brantley was the designer who stepped up to help us. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was always happy to help us “re-think” our layout and options. She helped us with not only our shower design, but we also purchased our vanity from them. We have been very pleased with her services, and we feel our bathroom turned out great!

I've remodeled several bathrooms, and never used a professional service to do it. I went to Southern Materials showroom to see what kind of services they offer, and their materials.

The materials are top of the line, the showroom is dreamy, but best of all the experience and expertise of Tiffany was outstanding. Tiffany worked hard to understand what I wanted to accomplish, and was so skilled at her design it took no time at all to get the design I wanted.
If you need help with anything, ask for Tiffany, you can't go wrong.

We recently had Southern Materials Company upgrade our Master Bathroom. Working with Tiffany Householder as our designer and Scott Erickson as the contractor was a joy! Tiffany designed a beautiful space using the Onyx products. By removing our jacuzzi tub and the old shower, we now have a larger, gorgeous walk in shower with beautiful glass doors occupying that space. We also had the vanity tops, mirror and all the hardware replaced. Scott’s workmanship was definitely a game changer as well. He is easy to work with, very thorough and kept the area very clean, which I loved! He worked meticulously on creating a seamless design in the new tile area that had to be installed. I would highly recommend this company for your next project!

We had our bathroom remodeled with Robin Sharp/Brantley in 2022. The team she worked with was under Jonny Jepson. They were absolutely wonderful, incredibly professional with precision work. Truely Jonny's team and skill level is the best we've ever worked with. I'd trust them with any remodeling project! They turned our 1990's bathroom with the closeted toilet and old jacuzzi tub nightmare into this beautiful oasis! We worked with Robin to find the looks and price range we wanted, and Jonny and his team made it happen! When delays took place, they were clear with us and quick to work with vendors to get everything into the bathroom perfectly. Even when design challenges came up (the original tub spout we wanted was too short), this team made it stress free and easy to find alternative options and solutions. We could not have asked for a better team to work with.

The first picture is one of the rendering, so we could visualize the changes. Second picture is the finished product (sans the shower glass; the glass company took an exceptionally long time at the time to put it in, but once they did, it is stunning). Third is of the tub placement and our view from the bedroom. Absolutely beautiful, the whole thing!!

WE recently had Southern Materials install a new walk in shower. Michaela came to our house and told us our options. Samuel actually installed the new shower. He took his time and did it right. We are very pleased with our new shower and would recommend Southern Materials to anyone looking for a new shower.

Went to Southern Materials for our recent bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with the results! We utilized their In Home Consultation process and they were able to provide us with visual 3D renderings of exactly what we wanted in our future bathroom. Their showroom had plenty of options (including tile, countertops, cabinets and lighting) that fit our style and budget. The project packet they provided showed us everything in detail what product we had selected, labor to complete the project, and an expected timeline to completion. We will be utilizing Southern Materials and their In Home Consultation process on our upcoming kitchen remodel as they made this remodel project by far the smoothest of any remodel we have done!
