11-5-21. I've added a photo of a recent unsolicited note I received with a payment from a customer. Maybe it will help to balance out Ryan's nite🙂

I called to schedule a residential electrical job. At the time he said he was swamped and it would be about three weeks before he could to my job. I was fine with the timeline. Midway through the three weeks we communicated and confirmed our plan was still in place. After waiting three weeks, I contacted him and asked when he was coming. He said he was sorry but I needed to look for someone else.

I waited for three weeks in reliance on him coming and he cancelled at the last minute and told me to find someone else.

Very unprofessional!
