Meticulous and affordable! Mark just did an inspection for our first home. He was extremely thorough and friendly. He took the time to walk me through the home and point out any problems he found as well as provided lots of helpful tips that a first time home buyer should know.

Marc is prompt, hard working, thorough, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. His background as a builder enables him to understand all the important systems that work around a house. He appreciates good construction and is able to identify problems. He wont quit until he fully understands what is happening in the homes he inspects. He is highly motivated, balanced and fair.
