We have been working with Gray's on our combination furnace/air conditioner. It went out last week and we have received 3 quotes on full replacement. Gray's was the ONLY place that thought to check the serial number on the part that is broken and surprisingly it is still in warranty until next month. I haven't received a replacement quote yet from them, but with service like this, I definitely want to use them. They have also let us know that the unit we have already (if we decide it's a smart move to replace instead of fix) is too much unit for our home and that we can go with a smaller unit. Now tell me, what business suggests smaller? They seem like a great, honest, home town business that deserves a chance to prove themselves.

Dennis and this company always impresses me. I have used them several times for heating issues and they are ALWAYS honest and helpful. They don't over charge for service and offer tips and trick to avoid unnecessary costs. I refer Gray Heating and Cooling to everyone! Thank you so much.

I clicked on this company's website tab and it took me to a Rheem dealer locator page and when I tried to back out of it to my search, this Rheem page kept relocating me to its dealer page. I had to close the page and lose my search content.
