Called in the middle of the night and they answered right away. They tried to help me over the phone before sending a service tech. Their help got me through the night and a service tech called first thing in the morning and worked until my heating unit was fixed. This was a weekend emergency call. Josh did a great job in diagnosing and fix our issue with our ground source unit plus he devised and implemented a way to prevent similar issues in the future. I most highly recommend them.

I was having an issue with my air conditioner at 4:35 pm on a Friday. I called the office and Rory came by to see what was wrong on his way home. Great customer service and great repair work. Air conditioner was working less than an hour after I called.

Krueger Heating & Air Conditioning responded in the same day and repaired a 26 year old air conditioner, which will allow us time to plan ahead financially to replace the HVAC system in the near future. Technician was kind, polite, knowledgeable. Given the unfortunate circumstances of dealing with an expensive repair, Krueger made the experience as educating and pleasant as possible. When it comes time to replace the HVAC system, we will be using Krueger!!!
