Great! Came in for apu install 5900 out of door price! Everybody is nice and helpful,
Drivers lounge is nice with TV and a Keurig coffee maker
Came in friday 730am out Saturday 9am.
Will shuttle you to a hotel and pick you up
The install looks great exactly what I wanted and was explained how to operate it! Great place. No complaints

I had a reefer unit that didn’t want to work and Thermoking of Springfield was able to get me in and out in a hurry. Although my reefer had more issues than they could fix they were able to get it up and running so that I could get back to my terminal so it could go to our local TK dealer to get the rest of the repairs done. They were polite and professional and actually listened to what I told them. Usually these shops don’t do that and that shows me the quality and integrity that this shop has to actually listen to a dumb truck driver because that’s how almost all the other shops view us in this industry. Thank you

Parts dept was awesome. I bought a water pump, hoses, thermostat and belts. I haven't worked on it yet and I might just let their shop go through it. I'm pretty handy with wrenches but this is what they do. The importance of this APU can't be ignored. It ties directly into your truck engine coolant. It would suck to lose all of your coolant from something that was overlooked. I wouldn't want to burn the Yanmar up either. It's bad enough Kenworth is using plastic quick couple coolant fittings that get brittle and break. That should be an instant recall since the truck manufacturer has discontinued using the plastic couplers.

Awesome staff! Clean and orderly driver lounge. Fixed my APU AND installed a new heating system. Will definitely return here if the need arises.

Dave was very friendly and professional. He took the time to show me what was wrong with my apu. They also let me sleep in there pva so I would have a fresh start the next morning. Nice drivers lounge with comfortable recliners and a tv

I have been coming here since they opened. Hands down the best Thermo King shop I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable , professional, and friendly. They go out of their way to go above and beyond the work they do. They shoot you straight and are fair on their rates and WILL NOT take advantage or try and rip you off. They have a customer for life with me. I live in Texas and I have and always will make the trip here when I need parts or work done. It's worth it. Thank you to all the staff and employees at this location.

Brought my yellow Pete in to have apu looked at I didn't catch his name but shorter guy with red hair fixed it when other shop didn't give that boy a Raise he deserves it sorry I didn't catch your name bud but you sir made my day 100 percent better. Quick too get in and out

The new apu on my truck went on the fritz in the middle of summer ,no a/c , I called and gave Jamie the code the apu was giving me and he knew exactly what the problem was he explained to me the issue and in just a few short hours I'm back in COLD temperatures, thank you Jamie and Jeff I appreciate the friendly and professional service ,this shop have longer hours then most thermo- kings and open on Saturdays

Open till midnight regular hours no overtime charges. Dropped trailer parked in the designated area. They couldn't finish the job before closing and as I wasn't in a hurry, so they left clear instructions for the morning crew. It was done first thing in the morning. Nice and clean drivers lounge with TV, recliners, restroom and POD coffee. Please make sure that you fill out the MO sales tax exempt form otherwise they will charge you sales tax. Just wish they trained their service writers to make the offer / inquiry about your eligibility for MO sales tax exemption and offer their customers relevant forms to fill out.

Efficient. These experts keep my APU running at peek performance. Their hours of service are unmatched.

My apu was acting up and I found this location.I called and was greeted warmly, and was informed they were fcfs and they could get me in today.15 minutes after checking in my unit was the shop being serviced. They have a very knowledgeable staff and I was done within 2 hours. It was a pleasant experience, if I ever need service or pm’s to my unit and I can get to this location I’m bringing my business here! Thanks for a professional and pleasant experience!👍👍

Had air problems, they fixed it. 3 weeks later, had air problems again, took it back, they fixed it and did a fair adjustment on the bill..

I wish there were more stars to give these guys!! Came in with a 529 code on the reefer. Just spent thousands fixing this thing in the past 3 months. Was dreading what this bill was going to be. These guys are miracle workers- instead of replacing what isn’t broken, they went above and beyond to find the root cause and fixed it at half the price!! If you are in need of reefer repairs and are traveling through Springfield- look no further. These guys are more than fair, super professional and super fast. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I don't personally own a Thermo King APU, but I have
O/O drivers that I bring here frequently to have their units repaired and I'm impressed with them. They usually get APU's repaired quickly. I think they do great with the warranty work as well.

I need my APU fixed in a bad way, it was a Saturday and Michelle booked me and held a spot for me until I got there.
Clint got me into the bay and started right away. He found two things wrong with the unit and fixed them extremely fast. He also advised me that there was an issue with a charge point off of the battery that he adjusted.
All told I rolled into the bay @ 1335 and was done and rolling again by 1445.
The weekend crew were very nice and worked very hard to get4 me back on the road. I also saw them roll out two trucks and a separate trailer in the time I was there.

Is good man and friendly work on time

Bought a used Tri-Pac from a salvage yard and have been in multiple times for parts or advice during the installation. These guys are fantastic, lots of parts inventory and extremely knowledgeable on their products. I have spoken to the parts department and service department and both have been incredibly helpful. This location definitely has customer service and satisfaction figured out!
