We found termites in the basement! I freaked and was recommended Infinity Pest Solutions. They were patient and explained how termites live and how they migrated from spot to another. They came out and did and a very through inspection. They also looked for other pest like bugs, spiders, wasp and rodents. They let me know what kind of critters they found and what they could do to eliminate them. They also did an attic inspection and offered to get us up to code on the depth with an insulation that has big killing stuff inside to help keep them nasty critters away. They came out the next day and treated our home. They were professional, polite and patient. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. Thank you Infinitey for giving me a peace of mind.

We are very happy with Infinity Pest Solutions. They had done work at two of our neighbors so we had them do an inspection on our house. They inspected on Monday and did the work the next day! Since termites were found, we bought the TermiZone Barrier and also the quarterly inside pest maintenance. Everyone we worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual , and kept us informed of everything they were doing including showing us pictures. We would highly recommend them. Their prices seem very fair.

Called them as they are local to Springfield. Justin came out and gave a very in depth inspection. He found things that I hadn’t thought we had. One would think it was just a sale. Nope, he proved it immediately with pics and an explanation. I am not the pro, they are. He provided me a very detailed quote and suggestion.

I was contacted by the owner of the company. He came out with another employee and provided the work plus more for the quote provided. He then came back out for an additional inspection on a Saturday.

UPDATE: Left the initial to update what has happened. The original call was for noises in the attic. They sealed the house up and went to work getting the sound in the attic. After setting traps, moving the traps, and resetting bait, they got the rodent that had gotten up there. Persistence pays off! Seriously, call Infinity for any pest/rodent needs. They work as a team!
