I’m a local general contractor/handyman, and Junior recently came out to handle the rough-in for a shower as part of a bathroom remodel I was working on for a client. Unfortunately, I hadn’t fully prepared a few things he needed to get the job done. Junior took the time to provide very detailed instructions over the phone on how to complete the job. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get everything in order, complete the job, and make it a success.

It’s rare to find someone in this industry who’s willing to freely share their expertise—especially with a fellow tradesman. Junior is truly a gentleman and a scholar, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

These guys don't mess around. They've done two jobs in my house, replacing a faucet and replacing a water heater. Both times they have gotten the job done extremely quickly, and they cut no corners while doing it, so you won't have to call them back to correct any mistakes. They're a polite and professional presence in the customer's house.

Great job! Plumbing is never cheap but they fit me in last minute, fixed a problem I created trying to put in a toilet myself with a broken flange, and fixed my outside water faucet that had previously flooded the basement storage room in under an hour. The owner knows his craft. 10/10 would recommend. Advocate using local

They did a great job fixing a broken pipe and saved me some money in the process. They were in and out of my house in about 30 minutes. Very prompt. Cleaned up after repairs. Would definitely call them again

Excellent service!! Had an issue with our hot water heater, called and left a message and Junior called me back a short time later. In no time at all, Junior and Jonathan were at my house to look at the issue. Turned out the water heater needed to be replaced due to a faulty valve, and they had a new one delivered to the house while they were removing the old one and getting everything ready to install. It was completely done in about 45 minutes and I was amazed not only that they came out so quick same day but that the whole job is done and we now have a nice new heater and hot water with nothing leaking! Junior also followed up later and called to check on everything and to make sure the water was hot. Terrific company, will absolutely call them again if we ever need a plumber for anything!

These guys are awesome! They beat the competition in price, knowledge, and time. We needed to replace the water heater and install a pressure release valve. More work was needed to fit the new water heater and they got right to it. They also bolted the exhaust vent. This was never done and is a huge safety concern. Junior's literally saved our lives.

Our go to company moving forward and we'll be calling Junior's when we're ready for a water softener install.

We had a great experience with Junior’s Plumbing. We had backup problems with our sewer line due to the excessive amount of rain Springfield got over the weekend. Junior’s came out quickly and had the blockage cleared in no time, and had helpful suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future.
They were friendly, courteous, and professional and took care not to damage the flowers in my garden, which was much appreciated. If you need a plumber, these are the folks to call!

I thought we had something seriously wrong w the plumbing in our house and that it would cost a fortune. Junior came to my house and found the issue in mere minutes and had the water running brand new. Super thankful for this guy right here!

We had to get our water heater replaced way too early in its life, 3 years barely! Junior came and assessed what was wrong. Turns out our water from our well was very hard and that was plugging up our expensive water heater quickly. He recommended to add water softener to help eliminate the build up. That build up also happens in every faucet, line etc, so this will save us a lot more trouble down the line. They got us taken care of quickly and very courteous and professional! I can't say enough good things about Junior's Plumbing. They came ready to work and had my old water heater out and a new one installed in no time. They were very informative about the difference in the quality of water heaters that they install and the type that I could have purchased.
They put in new lines, shut-off and pan with the new WH. They even cleaned up after themselves before they left. Junior's Plumbing will be the ones I call in the future and I will be recommending them to everyone I run into that are looking for honest, fair, and hard working plumbers.

Best plumbing in 417. White Plumbing came out couldn't finish the job and tried to charge for job that wasn't done and plumbing was still not working. Junior showed up no problem got everything properly fixed and way more affordable. This is plumbers I'd trust.

My husband Dave and I needed a plumber ASAP today due to a problem with our hot water heater! My husband found Jr's Plumbing out of Springfield on Google. They definitely lived up to their 5 star rating! They were here within an hour of our calling, evaluated our problem with the hot water heater, told us our options. Fix the 1 heating element that was burned out or replace the water heater due to it's age and it was developing other issues with calcium.He quoted us a price for both options and they were both very fair. We decided to replace the water heater and Junior's Plumbing called and had 1 delivered to our house which is in rural Greene county! The new model was delivered very shortly and Junior's Plumbing, and his assistant Jonathan had our old one out and the new one installed and wired in very quickly! They were both polite, professional, knowledgeable and very experienced! The whole experience only took about 2 hours from start to finish! Our total cost was $ 1900 for the installation and wiring it up and our water heater was in a difficult location to access! We needed a specific size due to its location in the house and that we live in a mobile home! We feel like they provided great service for a fair price and will definitely call Junior's Plumbing if we need a plumber again!

We had several issues that needed taken care of, a new outside faucet, new washer cutoffs, new cutoffs under a sink, etc. Junior’s is very professional and fast. They are knowledgeable and we will use them again. We are very pleased with the work.

Had Joe and his apprentice stop by today, they were graceful enough to let me call them back after I missed their call, was out here in 20 min, and out of the house in 20min. Very friendly and nice guys, made no mess and left with my heating element replaced. These guys are great! Second time I’ve had them out here and they get it done everytime. Thank you so much!

Junior did a great job! Arrived in a very timely manners and was swift and efficient in changing out a leaking ball valve that was spraying water everywhere! I would suggest this plumber to family and friends not only for great service but reasonable prices as well. He even gave us an easier shut off valve for it anything happens in the future.

Had a clogged kitchen drain late in the day, so they weren't able to come until the next morning. Two very personable gentlemen came and quickly eliminated the problem. Cost was reasonable and service fairly quick. I would definitely recommend Junior's Plumbing to anyone needing work done.
