i've been plumbing for so damn long i hate it and i hate talking about it but i'll make an exception this one time to tell you about that team they got going on over there..the counter guys got it going on even at the breaka dawn!them warehouse boys gittin it done too.. they cooler than a polar bears toenails back there for real.. anyway they all have alotta patience and most likely dedication not me though i hate plumbing but if i have to I'll go to plumb supply i guess.

These guys have been great! I had some warranty issues that I was dealing with from out of state. My sister needed her hot water replaced ASAP and I had to purchase it from Plumb Supply which was pretty far away from where it needed delivered. Dylan at Plumb Supply bent over backwards to arrange getting our water heater delivered THE NEXT DAY!! He has helped me through the whole process, so far, and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend these people. Great customer service all around. Thank you Dylan and Plumb Supply for being so helpful. :)

Amazing place to work with. I figured most of my afternoon would be consumed when I went in to find my bath tub, I was so wrong. The sales guy was so knowledgeable and honest about products and options in my price range. I will absolutely be back.

I wanted to say these guys go above and beyond and are knowledgeable. I ordered a Moen shower faucet and we couldn’t figure out why the water wasn’t coming out of the shower head. We looked up and down on internet to see if we could diagnose the problem. Couldn’t figure it out! Came to this store and they spend so much time trying to figure out what could be the problem. They went as far as calling Moen directly to troubleshoot the problem. They figured it out and had the company send us a replacement part. What a relief. Thank you!

Despicable service. The answer I received three times in a row was "I don't know I'm not a plumber" while he was rolling his eyes. I will never go back here again. Disgraceful.
All I needed was a few connectors and I was very respectful from beginning to end. I was just asking him for an opinion on a possible different way to do it and was met with attitude from a middle aged gentleman who didn't want to do his job.
