Eric installed a water softener and under-sink water filter. Eric went above and beyond and answered all my questions. Everything is working great. He obviously knew what he was doing. I haven’t had to have him come back and correct anything. His pricing was within reason. He was on time for appointments and returned calls quickly. Very helpful. Thank you, Eric. I will give family and friends your contact info for when they need a plumber.

I discovered a water leak this morning before leaving for work, the whole side yard had standing water. The water line coming from the meter had rusted out right under the footer of the house. CU said we had lost 7 gallons a minute since 10 last night. My amazing wife found Precise Plumbing. Eric Rasmusson dropped what he was doing to come help. This was the first emergency we have had in our house of 2 months and we were pretty worried. Eric evaluated the situation, gave me an honest estimate, and rallied the troops. Houston, Sean, and Chris came out and crushed the job. They worked hard and knew what they were doing. Not only that, they had fun doing it! The morale was high even though my emergency messed up their schedule. As a blue collar worker, I know what it is like during emergency situations to have a day get turned upside down. It did not phase these guys at all. The camaraderie was beaming with Eric, Houston, Sean, and Chris. I cannot express enough my appreciation for Eric and his professional team. They are the A-Team. I have already referred them tonight, no joke. If you want local, down to earth, and reasonable, go with Precise Plumbing. I WILL be calling Eric for all my plumbing needs in the future, no cap.

Coming from a semi-retired GC I couldn’t be happier with Erik and Precise Plumbing. What’s stood out is his professionalism and knowledge, the quality of his work, excellent communication, cleanliness, friendliness and being punctual while doing work on my house. Most of these qualities are hard to find in one company. From new water heaters, whole house filter for my well, preventive maintenance and advise there’s no way I’d use anyone else. Definitely few and far between with companies like this. You definitely get what you pay for with this company.

Eric was such a great man to work with ! He installed a new sink, faucet and disposal in our kitchen and it looks perfect. In addition, he ran a gas line to accommodate our new gas stove. Eric takes pride in doing the job right. He is very knowledgeable , trustworthy and fair on his pricing too.

His confidence was really comforting to someone who know nothing about plumbing. Have not had a problem with anything he's installed. We even had a small emergency with our hose bib not turning off and he got to us so fast.

So pleased with their work! We had a floor issue around a toilet that required removal and replacement of tile, sub flooring, etc. I could not believe how well it went and how easy it was to have them at the house. They are already on my schedule for our next project!

Eric made room for us in his schedule when our water heater quit, and did everything he could to get around the issue. Ultimately we chose to replace it given the cost for the broken part, which he did the same day! He was also able to get creative with moving the water heater back abit to give us extra space in our utility room.

Our water heater went out along with our well pressure tank. Called Eric 1st think in the morning and he was able to do both repairs that day. He was a life saver.

I was experiencing plumbing issues, and while another company initially responded, their plumber placed the problem on the way the pipe was laid - without taking the time to properly investigate. Thankfully, the property manager contacted Eric from Precise Plumbing. Despite a busy schedule, he made time to come out the very next day.

Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He thoroughly inspected the issue, cleared the pipe, and explained everything in detail, including what to watch for in the future. I have nothing but good things to say about Precise Plumbing. I received multiple quotes to replace a hot water heater. Unfortunately, it wasn’t going to be a one for one replacement because we were always running out of hot water. Eric provided multiple quotes to allow me to decide between different options. He was VERY competitive on all options. I ended up getting a Navien Tankless water system model NPE-240A2. The install took the better part of a day and included the removal of the old water tank and exhaust and then running new water lines and exhaust and installing the tankless water heater. The system heats quickly thanks to the recirculating pump and we never run out of hot water. Doesn’t matter if we have the dishwasher, the laundry and the multiple showers. We are toasty warm. I also have to commend Eric and his crew as they installed the system while my wife was working in the office which is adjacent to the hvac room. They managed not to disturb her conference calls. Put the plumber part aside for a moment, the people were the experience. Eric and Houston are good men first and foremost. Upbeat and smiling first thing in the morning. Constant communication through phone calls, not texting. Very pleased. Now as plumbers, they were fast and precise. In and out, so I could get to work. It's a good feeling when you've secured a lifelong service provider, check plumber off the list, I've got one now!

This is our second time working with Precise Plumbing and we were equally pleased both times. Eric is so nice and really wants to do right the right thing for his customers.
