I called less than a week ago with a possible issue and was scheduled quickly. I received a text stating what time Peter would arrive and he arrived as stated. I explained our concern, he investigated the potential problem, found it, explained what it was and that it's not a issue today but could be in the future and how much it would cost to have it fixed. He was honest and did not push for the additional work. He and his wife own the business and she too was wonderful to talk with when I called. So many people today have poor customer service manners, but not this company, professional but friendly. The service charge was reasonable and I highly recommend this company.

Prices very reasonable considering Peter is a master plumber. He did gas pipes for us as we converted our wood fireplace to gas. He also installed a new water heater for us. He’s been very easy to work with and professional. Would recommend him to anyone.
